    Hindi ko ni rerecommend na maging shredded kayo just for the fun of it. Pag mag cocompete kayo kailangan shredded kayo. It's not the healthiest pero definitely achievable naturally ⚡💪

      I agree po. 1 month nako nagc-cut but I also feel rin na need ko mag-coffee twice a day kung may times ako magmukha akong haggard. My main goal ko is maximum ko na lang na lowest body fat ko sa goal ko is around at least 10.5-11% and then balik sa lean bulking as I want to build more muscle for next summer. I won't go shredded anytime soon unless I started to join sa isang natural bodybuilding competition na kung yan talaga requirement nila an body fat.

    Halos lahat yan naramdaman ko pero hindi pa ko ganun ka shredded yung konting bagay iritable ka. Tapos yung sobrang gutom kase paulit ulit lang kinakaen mo. And number 1 yun nga yung feeling mo sobra ka pagod pag gising pa lang. Ngayon masasabi ko sobra ako na obsessed sa pagbubuhat at pagdidiet. Na makita ko yung pinaka final result ng body ko. Yung parang hindi ka lang makapag workout ng isang araw or sumobra ka lang sa kaen feeling mo sira na yung mga pinaghirapan mo. Ang oa pero pag andun ka na sa sobrang motivated mo normal lang na maisip mo yun.

    Hello brother, thanks for sharing, and I too na experience yun, and I respect that you are only sharing your opinion and your experience. Sharing a difference perspective, for me siguro I will use "NOT to recommend" maging shredded but we must listen to our body kong ano lang ang kaya ng katawan natin. Kasi may mga tao na kayang mag up to 10% or lower body fat na okay naman ang pakiramdam, may iba na 12 or 15% body fat lang and pag nag lower pa doon eh feeling weak na sila and ung hunger na sinasabi mo na eexperience na.. Ako I tried lang how low (body Fat%) I can be and noong naramdaman ko na ang feeling weak, pagod, nagugutom , etc i set that as my threshold. I am and Engr and is working at the site 12 hrs a day, walked 10km everyday at the site, I worked out 5 to 6 days a week.. Nothing but respect brother to you.. God bless.. ;)

    Siguro coach mas okey na rin yung lean muscle lang. Ang hirap po kasi ma achieved yung shredded body na tulad nyo. Ang daming negative rin pala. Kung di kaya ng katawan mo, mahirap mag adjust. Ang ginagawa ko na lang po, less fatty, salty and sweet. Tapos pag kumain ka ng mga carbo, dapat I burn na lang sa pawis.. Thanks!..

    again its your experience and i respect that, pero hindi naman fair na lahat or mostly na mga changes na nangyayari sayo is i sisi natin sa pagiging shredded if you know what i mean. may mga tao na naeexperience ang mga na experience mo may mga tao naman na hindi yun na eexperience. If meron talagang kakaiba pwede naman tayo mag pa tingin sa doctor, mag pa Laboratory test, etc to really found out what is happening to our body. Nothing but respect, God bless brother..

    Tama po idol nung nag cuts ako ng consistent nasatisfied naman ako sa result pero negatively marami nagbago sa routine ko at relation ko sa ibang tao parang feeling ko isa akong monk na naseparate sa social life 😅😅

    Coach!! Not related sa vid pero tanong ko lang yung mga tang na juice yung something like 20 grams good for 1 liter is tama kaya nasa nutrition facts na talagang around 16g of sugar lang? Nakalagay kasi 1 serving lang siya, baka if ever pwede paminsan minsan para iwas cravings sa sweet pag nauumay na sa coke zero

    Coach Jacob! ask ko lang po sana why im not losing weight, I got an estimated maintenance calories of around 2300 (5ft 9in, 179lbs, 18yo, lifting weights 4xWeek 15-20mins cardio, around 23-26%BF) I followed it for 3 months until i got to 1500 calories for fat loss, but im seeing slow to none results. went from 85kg to 81kg in 3 months. Considering I work progressively, sleeping 7-8hrs, hydrated.

    Coach i shredded to 5%, just for the experience. And i agree with all of the effects na shinare mo. One thing i experienced was, kahit mainit nilalamog ako. Tanghaling tapat di ako makapag aircon sa auto pero antaas ng araw. Eating out was a chore kasi nakaka hassle mag track. Kaya i would eat lettuce sa restaurants whil my fam or friends are eating good food. But hey! It is what it is. Experienced it and learned from it naman

    Couch jacob pa help kung okay lang ba yung 1 cup of rice at 1 hard fried egg per meal acctually mga kinain ko today is...
    1 cup 1/2 8oz of rice
    1 large/medium hard fried egg
    Per meal
    At umiinom din po ako ng kopiko black 3 in 1 2 times per day
    one large banana
    And energen chocolate
    Feeling ko din po subrang dami kung iniinom na water kasi 4 or 5 glass of water per meal kasi para full palagi 😅 Ang nakakapag duda lang po if okay or effective po ba yung calorie intake ko kasi po yung fried egg banana black coffee at energen is madaming sugar + madaming water hindi ko po alam if okay sya kasi wala pa po gaano exp sa fitness pag dating sa calorie DefIcit😅 sinasama kona rin po ng cardio workout 4 times a week with rest days of course at nakakapag gain narin ng kunting tricep 😆At kunting change yung body ko maliit lang kahit may kasama cheat days sa month na ito what can you say couch?

    I totally agree on being irritable. I guess it's because of our body's survival instinct to survive and it is its form of defense mechanism.
    Albeit, I only partly agree on low testosterone. Lifting weights raises mine but when solely cardio decreases it.

      Maingain kadin shessh samem, kase baka lalo akong lumiit kapag nag calorie deficit pa ako sabihin na nating 100 to 200 calorie deficit lang ahahahaha
