      Yung self control sa cravings coach, tas try ko advice mo na iprioritize yung weight training at progressive overload kasi for the past month nagh HIIT ako.

    Very well said, Hindi ko pa rin maiwan ang pagtakbo dati 6 times a day 10k to 15 k ,ngayon 10 k nalang 3 to 4 times a week

    Coach/idol can i ask po? 2 years nko di nag rice sa diet ko nung una maganda results pumayat ako pero this months halus madami kain ko kahit wala rice sobra2x po ulam na kinakain ko. Im watching your videos po at na motivate ako uli.. Thanks talaga sayu.. Pwede ko po ba ibalik yung rice sa diet ko? Dba sabi nyu po bsta naka calorie count lng?     Coach 65 kl po ako 56 po height ko pero may tyan ako ...ok lang po ba na dina po ako mag cardio focus nalang po ako sa lifting.. tapos sa mga kinakain at diet magiging cutt parin poba ako tnx

    coach naka intermittent fasting ako ngayon. and may nabasa ako na nakaka lead ng gout attacks pala ang intermittent fasting sa mga may mga gout na.kaya pala sumakit paa ko ngayong week. ang tanong ko coach pde ko ba igive up ang intermittent fasting pero naka stick parin ako sa calorie deficit?

    Coach jacob 80kg girl po ako 18yrs-old pero pinatigil po kasi ako ng papa ko sa weightlifting kasi daw po lumalaki lang daw katawan ko pero di daw po nawawala taba ko kaya dapat daw mag focus ako sa cardio what should I do po? Nung nag try po kasi ako mag focus sa cardio di po ako naging consistent pero nung nag focus po ako sa weightlifting and steps naging consistent po ako for 2 months ng walang palya po.

    Hi po. sana mapansin at masagot. regarding sa canned tuna protein. mineasure ko kasi yung weight ng canned tuna without the oil. ang net weight niya po ay naging around 80g nalang. ngayon po ang tanong ko, yung protein content niya po ba same pa rin or talagang kasama sa count yung oil sa count niya sa protein content? thank you po.
