    I was one of the few subs before ( a month ago ), At last, people are beginning to notice this underrated channel. Some channels have misleading info about fitness, convincing us we can achieve a great physique in a short period of time like theirs, yet not disclosing their on anabolics.     I wish I knew this earlier! 😩 3 months ago, I did strict intermittent fasting (biglaan pa yun) and almost everyday HIIT alongside my 9-5 job. So parang sobrang unbalanced diba, calorie deficit na tapos too much workout pa. I knew I was putting myself in so much mental + physical stress, but I still kept going dahil kaya ko naman eh? I mean I was motivated talaga, but then late ko na na-realize how bad it was until my body reacted. I noticed I get tired easily na (maybe because I barely had any rest), plus I had really bad hair fall!!! (actually until now huhu) I searched it up and I found out na pag may sudden weight loss ka tapos overly stressed ka pa, hair fall/loss ang tendency. It’s really upsetting lang 😢 so watch out guys!!
    right now, I’m trying to make baby steps na wag dapat masyadong strict and focus more on eating nutritious food while staying within your maintenance calories.
    With your influence and tips, I now track and count my calorie intake more effectively! Fave ko parin na tip yung cheat meal > cheat day. Hehe big thanks! 💓

      Same here sir. Hair loss and fatigue yung di ka makatulog ng maayos sa Gabi. Danas ko yan. Til I got my 6 packs abs then I am pretty bad looking skinny, then I set a realistic lifestyle plan. Keto+20:4 IF. And I barely decrease my workout routine. And that's all for my happiest life journey. BTW. I also doing cheat day not meals and I maintain my body now currently lean 😊

    sobrang accurate pra sa akin, lalo na doon sa pagtitimbang, pakiramdam ko hindi bumababa kapag nagtitimbang ako, pero nakikita ko sa mirror at sabi ng mga kasama ko na pumapayat na ako.

    I don't kung may interesado or mapapansin pero palike para ma notice narin. Anong age po kaya ang dapat mag gym or anong puwedeng gawin kung masyado ka pang bata para dito sa genra, anong height din ang maganda mag simula dito.

    Thanks for this video. It reminded me na huwag mag madali and be easy on myself.
    I've been working from home in night shift. Ang hirap matulog sa umaga. There are times na pagod na pagod na talaga ako pero pinipilit ko pa rin mag excercise and I feel like a failure kahit 1 time lang ako nag skip ng excercise in a month.
    I'm not sure if ako lang, pero I feel anxious to take a rain check. Pakiramdam ko sobrang laking kasalanan mag skip ng excercise kahit sobrang pagod na ako.
    Dumating na sa point na I lost 4 pounds in just a week and it's not good.
    Reminded me na di lang purely physical yung process pero challenge dkn siya mentally.

    Sir Thankyou po laking tulong kala ko noon need mag skip ng meal or mag cut ng rice pero now na ba balance ko na po ang kain at exercise at kahit papano 2-3lbs perweek ang bawas .. at sobrang na e enjoy ko tong journey nato kahit medyo mahirap😅

    Super true nung wag mong biglain. Nag intermittent fasting ako, tapos konting kain, apple cider and exercise. Kaso after, nag hypotension ako. Idk if dahil yon sa IF or what pero nanghina din katawan ko. So pahinga muna ako pero continue exercising parin

    Yep, yung ginawa ko nagbawas lng talaga ako ng portion sa normal na kinakain ko dati. Pag umaga black coffee lang. binawasan ko na rin ang snacks baka pagtagal matanggal ko na ng tuluyan.

    Share ko lang po.
    Relate po ako sa nagkaroon po ng takot sa karne po. Kasi po nagkatrauma po ako sa karne nung Oct 2018 po. Kasi nalipasan po ako ng gutom dahil sa stress po. Tumaas yung BP ko po kala ko po dahil sa baboy. Ayun pala ang nangyayari pag bumaba po yung sugar. Ngayon ok naman na po ako. Pero hanggang ngayon po puro gulay lang po, pag baka at baboy di po ako nakain. Oct 2018 weight ko po 60 kilos, siguro po ngayon nasa 33 kilos po. Nahihirapan po mag gain ng weight dahil po sa trauma po.

    yung no rice, low carb diet.. na try ko yan grabe pinayat ko in just 2 months pero nung binalik ko sa diet ko mga yan, grabe naman pag lobo ko.. di talaga maganda yung crash diets kung wala kang will power o plano na sundin in long term
