      hi sir, about dun sa over cardio. paano ba cya dapat? nag ggym ako 6times a wk and bago mag buhat im doing treadmill for 20-30mins. ano ba dapat best sched ng cardio? thank you. more power on making this kind of content really helps a lot.

      Nice tips. Pero ung eating less na junkfoods kasi wala idea kung anu dapat kainin on a daily basis is the real struggle.Bawas n nga lito ka pa sa kakainin. Advice pls.

    Sometimes i think you're too generous for people who cant afford or dont have time to be coached by nutritionist or fitness expert, just by sharing videos or content about what you do or share to your clients just to improve or to be fit, is really a Big help to others, given the full details and such

    tama yung 10. Nung mga almost 1
    month ako sa weightloss ko kwinestyon ko sarili ko bat parang walang nangyayari. Titigil naba ako. But humingi ako ng advice from other people na nagsucceed sa weightloss journey nila and i even watched youtube tips. Ang results ay di mo makikita instantly dapat determined and goal oriented ka.

    Sir, one week meal plan/ sugfestions naman po. Hirap magdecide ng kakainin when you're on a diet haha. Minsan sa sobrang hindi mo alam ang kakainin mo, nag eend up ka na lang sa unhealthy meals like processed foods and instant noodles.

      cramorb madali lang boss. I lose 4kg in my 4 weeks of fasting, eto kinakain ko boss 2x day:
      morning snack: 2 biscuits/ fruits.
      brunch 10am: eat 1 apple/orange/banana 30 minutes before 10am. Main dish: 1 1/2 cup of rice with steam or boiled chicken then soy sauce with lemon/gulay/fish kahit ano/itlog/pork wag kainin taba and water.
      2-5pm snack: any biscuits dalawa/ plain popcorn/ whole wheat bread with skippy peanut butter.
      dinner 6pm: repeat main dish.
      My own diet meal plan. Exercise 3x a week also help para may energy buong araw. Everyday I lose .5kg-.15kg. from 65kg to 61kg my goal is 53kg before May.

    Bagay sakin yung Calorie deficit kasi tamad ako mag exercise. I started downloading an app na meron Calorie calculator. Eto lang tlaga yung channel na di nagdidiscourage sa mga di nah eexercise. Thanks bro

    napakalakas magpataba ng mga rootcrops.. including patatas, kamote, carrots, squash even with beans and lentils like ng mga spring and baguio beans. lalo pag sinabay sa kanin. More on green leafy vegetables dapat.

    After watching coach jacob vids lalo na ung sa macros intake,kita ko na ung malaking improvement sa katawan at muscle ko.lumalabas na ung abs unti.dati kht anong buhat ko hndi ganon kalaki ung katawan ko dhil wla akong alam sa macros basta kain lang ng kain.ung pala dapat tama ung macros ung calories intake, protein intake at fats.

    Weight loss is a journey. Agree on that, that is why i don't believe in crash diets because they don't show you quality weight loss. Its possible rin na bumaba immune system mo kasi hindi mo na fifill yung body mo ng nutritional foods. Great stuff Mr. Jacob Alava.

    Very well said, problem though some people do not loose weight based on caloric deficit due to plateau of metabolism. Thats were a lot of people hit the wall and do not know were to go to

    You know what, I am really thankful because I started it right. I forgot the title of your video but it says everything about calorie deficit. 0 out of 10 score ko dyan sa na mention mo because from the beginning, nakuha ko agad ang logic ng calorie deficit as you had explained in your previous vids. I started August 6, and as of yesterday, I already lost 9 lbs or 2 kgs without any exercise yet. On my second month, i will start na with resistance training. I hope im in the right track. I bought the yellow and red bootybands. Hope you can create exercises using those bands. May nakita ako ilan vids mo using it. Hope you can create a routine for that.

    My diet started out healthy until it is not anymore. It is true that there will be a time that cardio will be ineficient and unsustainable since you always need to add more time in your exercise once your body adapt.
    My 30 min. Cardio became 2 1/2. Yes, I reached my weight goal, but it became very hard to maintain.
    Now, I decided to join a GYM and my coach is helping me to have a more sustainable and efficient lifestyle.

    Paano po ba ma-compute ang calories ng isang food?
    Example po, alam ko na po na1800 calories lang dapat ako per day to loose weight, pero paano po ma-compute ang calories na kakainin ko per day?

    Coach ask ko lng po pag may stretch marks ka po then na achieve muna po yung body na inaasam mo mawawala na po ba ng kusa yung stretch mark na yun ng di pinapa tignan sa doctor?
