      Ako hirap talaga ko magbulk without gaining too much fat. Wala den kase ko weighing scale e hirap naman puro eye ball. Baka po pwede kayo gumawa ng itsura ng mga pagkain base sa weight nila? Halimbawa po 100g of chicken breast kung gano kalaki, 250g of rice etc. Thank you idol

    on point pra sa mga ng ppaataba ung sinabi mu coach dahil n apply ko to sa self ko. timbang ko lang tlga is 39kl sa sobra payat napag kakamalan may sakit sa baga and anything, but the thing is i dont have any disease nmn payat lang tlga. pero sa mga mag papataba better mag pa check up rin kau. mmya un reason bat payat k is may sakit kn, pero dahil wla nmn ako pinush ko self ko n dpt may mabago sakin. but ito ung catch di tlga ko ng set ng date or month na dapat ganito nako.. you better focus sa result mu rather than mg set k ng time.. ksabay ng workout ko i eat a lot as in khit nasusuka n ako kakain ako kc kulang p yong calorie ko.. ganun lng guy gnwa ko at motivated k lagi.. and unti unti napansin ng mga tao ung pag taba ko. btw d ko alam n 2month ko lng pla makukuha ung result ko aftr 28yrs of my being payat life.. and take note guys wla po ako tinetake n supps. that tym. kain lng sapat n tlaga ... 💪💪

    Thank you, Sir. Mas nalinawan na ko kase maintaining palagi ang weight ko kahit 3 time a week ako nagwo workout so it needs more eat sakto meron akong mass gainer. More calories intake, sa totoo lang hindi ako mahilig sa matamis but for the sake of myself. Change is better.

    when i first started bulking many years ago, ganon din, hapon na and i still have like a thousand calories left to go hahaha and i was already bloated af and feeling like i can no longer put anymore food in my mouth Lmao im trying to get back into fitness, and ill apply a bunch of your tips this time around. love this!

    Well.. magastos nga lang for maintenance particularly food and supplements pag engaging bodybuilding for Hard gainer tulad ko 😅
    Stay Lean lang talaga magagawa pag mejo sakto lang sa budget, income at lifestyle.
    Mataas pa rin points if mag physical workout talaga.
    5'8" at 29kg ako dati. Sa 1st 3 years ako engage workout, may changes at naging 55kg.. way up till 10 years at mejo nag stay nga lang siya. Siguro strict Nutrition lang kulang ko if gusto ko dagdag weight. Mainam parin naman basta may regular exercise lang.
    May good life ka na. 😊

    I want to have bulking muscles pero takot po ako tumaba ulet, galing po ako sa 81klos ngayon asa 47 nalang po ako pero gusto maging toned ang katawan ko at the same time bulky yung muscles ko kahit sa arm at chest lang. Hays thank you sa video po! It enlightened me somehow. ☺

    Now I know why I hardly achieve my target bulky form. I actually do home workouts, 3-4 times a week (with Whey Protein) but apparently, I had the wrong approach on eating habits as I focused more on getting more protein intakes (such as egg, breast chicken and lots of veggies) and less carbs such as rice and pasta. Also, I only eat thrice or sometimes twice a day only as I'm avoiding getting some belly fats. haha! I thought more workouts is all about gaining. Now I know the simple approach on bulking up, EAT A LOT and do proper workouts as well. Thanks Bro for this direct to the point vids!

    Semi dirty bulking yan but its a go to if youre a very skinny guy ,but if you are not that really skinny and have a bit of fat already ,I suggest u do clean bulking para less fat lng mkuha mo overall ;) Great vid btw!!

    Nag ggym ako almost 5yrs kinakain ko bulad minsan maggi maggi kung swertehin nakaka chooks to go paminsan minsan...lumaki man katawan ko ...basta tulog lng ng maaga pwede uminom ng alak pa minsan minsan...payat din ako dati..kung gusto nyu magpalaki ng katawan wag kalimtan mag legs para hinde kayo mukhang jhonny bravo...ika nga dont skip leg day...

    Also on this topic naisip ko lang, yung calorie surplus also needs to be adjusted I guess as you increase your weight overtime. Kasi nagiincrease rin si maintenance cals. I started bulking at 2500 calories (my maintenance is 2350) ng March. And then as I gained weight, adjusted the surplus calories as well. Mej hassle siya if gagawin mo siya maya't-maya na may weight gain, so what I do is just wait 3-4 weeks to adjust calories. For how much to add on my caloric intake, 5-10% of my maintenance seems like a decent range for lean bulking.
