    The best talaga 'to. Sa isang fitness youtuber nagunsubscribe na ko. Wala ng kwenta mga content nun kasi nakafocus na sa mga toxic na youtubers. Kaya parang nagiging toxic na rin panoorin. Yun na lang ang naisip para dumami mga subscribers and views.
    Sayang kaunti pa lang subscriber nun dati eh subscriber nya na ko mga 2yrs ago.

    Your advice on calorie deficit jump started my weight loss journey. I started last Oct 2021 lang pero super effective. I paired it with regular cardio and weight training kaya steady and stable ang weight loss ko. Thank you so much coach 😁

    Here are my tips na ina-apply ko sa sarili ko dahil student palang ako. Di ako araw-araw nakakapagtrack ng macros kaya nagiging mindful nalang.
    1. Dahil magulang madalas ang nagpoprovide ng food, try atleast kahit 1 meal per day dapat ikaw magprepare, then the rest makikikain ka nalang.
    2. Portion control. Di ibig sabihin na more meat source ang kainin, more muscle.
    3. Enough is enough. Kahit protein pa yan, enough amount is enough, huwag na sobrahan ang kuha dahil it will count din.
    4. Exercise program na mag-eenjoy ka, hindi dahil sa nakita lang sa tiktok, basta yung mag-eenjoy ka.
    5. Prioritize rest! Ayos tulog hangga't maaari.
    6. 70% Nutrition, 30% Exercise.
    Sana makatulong.

    Im starting my weight loss again kasi nacomfort ako masyado when i lost 30kg in 4 months. I stopped doing my workouts and monitoring ng calorie intake. 🙁 From 58kg, i am now 79kg and i gained those weight in 1 year. Im turning 22 and i pray na sana pumayat ulit ako at ma MAINTAIN ko na sya for life.

    Siguro to add lang din dun sa pagbabawas ng time sa gadget: Aside from it makes us feel lazy, ito rin usually yung primary reason kung bakit hirap tayo matulog.
    Permanent Graveyard shift ako and ang hirap talaga matulog sa umaga. I go to GYM after work tapos 3-4 hours lang tulog ako. Then ugali ko pang nag lalaro sa phone habang nakahiga. Kaya mas lalo akong hindi tinatamaan ng antok.
    Kahit anong kain ko, o bigat ng buhat ko, hirap akong mag-gain ng muscle. (And hirap din ako mag buhat kasi nga walang tulog).
    Dun ko na realize kung gaano kalahaga yung Tulog sa recovery ng muscle at sa performance mo sa GYM.
    Feeling ko nasayang 1 buwan ng training ko dahil kulang ako sa tulog.
    Kaya ngayun, 2 hours before I sleep, no more phones or gadgets that emits blue light or that stimulates my brain.
    Ngayun nakakatulog na ko 6-7 hours which is technically kulang pa rin, pero at least may improvement.

    I am now starting my 6 months Goal. Halos lahat na ng Vid mo Coach napanood ko na ang tangin kailangan ko nalang gawin at i apply lahat. Gaya nga ng sabi mo baby steps. i'll start slowly para next month di ako ma burn out kasi last year yan naging problem ko. lahat ng progress ko nag reset dahil na burn out ako nakalimutan ko yung isang importanteng training na dapat kasama sa work out mo at yung ang menthal training. cravings, cheat day, ay kain ako nito inom ako cola lahat yan inalis ko eh sabi mo sa past vid it's ok na mag cheat meal at dapat di talaga strict sa diet kaya ayun from 90 to 83 kg bumalik ule ako ngayon sa 90 awit. Kaya this year atleast 80 kg ang goal ko. Salamat sa mga payo mo coach.

    proud na 1 year nang hindi umiinom ng softdrinks, to be fair lagi naman silang nasa ref, napakarami rin nung holiday, but never akong nag crave dahil siguro di na familiar taste buds ko (same with sweets)

    Thanks for this constant reminder every new year 😁Been following you since the pandemic started. The bad habit that I really wanna get through is having no consistent time in working out. Maybe because na rin sa availability of time dahil sa full time and part-time works ko, but I don't want to put to waste the weight na nabawas na sa akin, especially this time na medyo lumalaki na naman dahil 😅.

    Been watching your videos since then and aaminin ko it really helped me to lose weight I took down notes sa mga advices and suggestions mo at napansin ng madami yun na pumayat talaga ako but I was so sad and down nung last na nagweighing scale ako nadagdagan ako ng 7kg :-(( and now I realized I'm out of focus tapos nagnotify 'tong video na to and I think its about time to regain what I have lost.     Meron po akong type 2 diabetes naka calorie deficit 1200 per dayno to low sugar 80 carb per day. Normal lang po ba nanghihina agad pag nag lilift

    Sa mga nakakaalam po dyan, How many Calories should i eat everyday because i am 60 kg and i am just 18 years old but i want to have a abs triceps, biceps etc..
    I just want to ask should i eat more or should i eat less , dami po kasi what if sa utak like what if maging skinny lang and what if mapasobra yung weight ko.

    Sir jacob please pasagot ng question ko importanti po to para sakin. Yung trabaho ko kasi duty ko is 12 to 4 am tapos workout ko 4pm afternoon then gusto kung makatulog ng maaga pero di ako maka tulog. So basically 5 am na ako nakakatulog di ba ako mag gagain ng muscle? Pasagot po

    This youtube channel is very informative and helpful lalo na sa mga starters like me. Pero I would like to clarify something po.
    Since bago lang din po ako nag ddiet. From 90kgs now 82kgs nalang ako. I am consistently running (Jogging) every M.W.F & Sun.
    Eating Routine ko po is every Morning 1 cup of rice and any type of ulam (Literal carbs after jogging). Then Lunch, Lettuce, chicken breast, tomato, cucumber with Kewpie dressing. Dinner, banana/apple & egg then lots of water. In between meals minsan kmkain ako ng 1 to 2 sticks of pork barbeque or Oreo na biscuit then water ulit.
    Question ko po: Is it ok to eat carbs every after work out and in between meals? or it will slow the progress am aiming?
