    This is not shepherd's salad, you can't put yogurt in a salad.the recipie is ; 2 Tomatoes 2 Onions 3 Green Peppers 2 Cucumbers 1 piece of Lemon Half a teaspoon of olive oil 1 teaspoon salt. cut into small cubes and mix, parsley is optional.

    This tasted delicious. Seasoning the oil with curry leaves and star anise really adds that authentic flavour. Will add a stalk of lemon grass next time as suggested in the notes for a touch more complexity..This is the closest to restaurant quality recipe ive tried and ive tried a few different recipes. Thanks 😀

      It's one of my favourite curries! The star anise is definitely the key - I've experimented with less, but have hit on the perfect amount in the curry powder and the sauce too I think. Glad you enjoyed - I'm gonna have to make some myself now! :)

      Yes, more chilli would work - I make mine quite mild as the chicken curry I use it for is more fragrant than spicy - that said a spicier version is definitely an option! Thanks for the comment.

    I was looking for a standard spaghetti with cavolo nero recipe, and found this! Going to give this a try, but with cashews, since thats what i have on hand. Excited to give it a try, looks great!

      @@cookeatworld its a definite winner! really enjoyed it, and will be a new regular dish in this house! I made a bigger batch of the pesto than needed and it has now been used as a pizza sauce on a toasted bagel topped with diced tomatoes and mozzerella, and as a spread on a breakfast sandwich with cream cheese and a fried egg. The entire family is finding new ways to use it!
