  • This Lamb Mansaf recipes from Jordan is a wonderful combination of texture, colour and flavour. Soft, flavourful rice is topped with tender, juicy lamb and a rich, fragrant, yoghurt sauce. Then crunch is added with nuts fried in butter. Fresh mint and parsley finish the dish and add a light, fresh and herbaceous note.     Excuse me.. the first ingredient of mansaf is DRIED YOGURT .. not WATER LOL 😅😅😅😂😂😂😂

      Wow, someone's amused. I created a recipe that's easier to make without having to source Jameed, which can be tricky to find.

      @@cookeatworld Not even that. You made something closer to a lamb biryani, which I would gladly eat especially if advertised as such! Just isn't even remotely mansaf, sorry.
