      @@YounesCheikh double check that you set the name for your effect, it is mandatory to change the default one!

    With the last SDK update i'm unable to add a second emitter, Impossible to create a link between the visual effect and the second emitter

      @@YounesCheikh I can confirm the behaviour. It is very frustrating. This is because the new nodes are not referencing correctly the guids of their parents. You can fix it quite easily in the xml if you get what is going on there If you join the discord I can help solve 🙂

    It just came to my mind. I used to use model converter X for FSX. I think if you export animated model from Blender as .dae and import it to model convertor X i think you can set command for animation there then after that you can export it back to FSX. But i dont know if it is applicable for MSFS. but its worth to try. And regarding the Landable surface i used concrete platform from setting option in model convertor X. But i dont know if there option in blender i can use it without using of model convertor X.

      @@kickoff3312 Hey thanks for you kind comment! The Asobo plug-in doesn't allow importing already compiled glTf (for copyright reasons) I don't support anything about dealing with stuff one doesn't own rights, For studying only, and without any support, you may try with the Flybywire plug-in, it is still on GitHub. It will likely brake some feature of every recent decent airplane on export (and hope it does so!)

      @@The_Fabio_Fernandes Hi Fabio, I'm using Painter too, no changes in the overall process. The role of Substance Painter is to provide textures, (basically albedo, comp, norm and emissive if needed) Plug them in the specific material slots and you are done

      near Cairn there is the "Skyrail Rainforest Cableway", yes, there is (all cable cars/ gondolas / chairlifts and drag lifts are included in Project Lifts). It is procedurally generated so obvisiouly the right pylon/cabin color and model is random

    Your tutorials are the best!!! One suggestion for creating the box at the end, you can increase performance by creating a 3 sided cone. This will reduce your triangle count from 12 down to 4. This will help just a little for large airports.

      Actually beyond that 2 triangle planes at 90 degrees from each other will reduce your below ground triangle polygons to 2 ;)

      @@pys-dafo_intl For each lod, make a collection with object name followed by _LODx Something like FancyCone_LOD0 FancyCone_LOD1 FancyCone_LOD2 Wheb exporting using the Asobo Multiexporter, on the firt tab click Grouped by collection, press reload LODs and you are done 😊

I have my channels setup exactly yet, I get an odd result.--Nevermind, I just learned that if I save the file as a TIF instead of exporting as a png, it works perfectly.     Thanks for a great and veryfast tutorial. I will just point out it's essential to have the Import-Export: glTF 2.0 format also activated in Blender Preferences to avoid "AttributeError: Calling operator "bpy.ops.export_scene.gltf" error, could not be found"

    hello, I followed your tutorial on creating a building on an airport in mfs 2020. I managed to insert the buildings in the editor and then I did build package and copied afterwards and renamed the package to community but when I launch MFS, the scene is always by default, I don't see the building I created

    ciao ho un problema grosso in modalità di volo la Developer Camera funziona mentre in modalità x creare uno scenary nn funziona rimane spenta ho letto vari forum documentazione SDK combinazione di tasti ecc ecc disinstallato e reinstallato ma niente il problema persiste se puoi darmi una dritta consiglio come fare ne sarei grado grazie ciao volevo mandare anche gli screen ma nn so come fare grazi

      @@MSFS-SDK-TUTORIALS si provato idem però ho notato quando apro un nuovo progetto di partenza in base dove devo mettere loscenary è attiva poi quando apro il nuovo progetto la DEV MODE nn mi da l abitacolo ma solo esterno e in piu nn fa ricerca coordinate vado direttamente dove creare lo scenary cmq grazi x aver risposto dimmi una cosa se atterro direttamente dove creare la pista lo posso creare lo scenary grazie

      @@StranoEsaurito l'airport lo puoi mettere dove vuoi, atterri dove capita e inizi a crearlo. Se parto dal progetto Airport ti chiedo di mettere le coordinate, Altrimenti puoi fare un progetto Custom, dallo scenery editor selezioni l'oggetto Airport e sei già pronto per mettere pista apron etc

      @@MSFS-SDK-TUTORIALS ciao grazie di avermi risposto si fatto anche questo ma niente :allora la prima volta l ho fatto pista in erba piazzola x elicottero aereo statico dovevo solo mettere un capannone ed era finito guardando il tutorial e il sim il cervello fumicava 😁era carino salvato dall editor nn so cosa ho fatto e lo provato pure chiudendo l editor ho detto finalmente ma poi è sparito e da allora ho sto problema se metto pure le coordinate niente disinstallato e installato dinuovo ma ancora niente purtroppo vuol dire che nno lo devo fare pazienza cmq grazie

      Hi Patrick, in the exporter options there is a checkbox called "Use Asobo unique_id" Uncheck it and the error will go away

    Thank you Federico. Just deleted the content.xml file but it's not recreating anymore. It's a MS Store version. Also I followed all steps but when building the package, the console says 0 done. No errores are shown. When re-launching the sim, enabling debugging to show disable rectangles, can see the one I created, but static airplane is still there (I also checked is not part of a bigger object). So I guess is because of the order of the packages, but since my content.xml is not re-creating, can't figure out what I am doing wrong or how to re-order the packages. Thank you!

      I have to say that part of the video is outdated at this time, the content.xml has been removed There is an interface called the "packages reorder tool", it should be in the experimental in game options, there you can set the priority of your package

    Removing scenery objects from a different, existing scenery doesn't work anymore. It works and shows being gone in scenery editor, however as soon as the package is build and in the community folder the objects are there again. Tried it with polygon exclusion and exclusion rectangle. As soon as the package is built, everything's there again

    How did you refresh the sim to show the new emissive value? I’ve been closing and reopening my sim each time I make a change and it’s really frustrating

      You can export you object from Blender as usual The open the glTf file of the object with notepad or any text Editor. Don't to any changes, Save, it will update in the game 😀

      Hi, for the wheel you need two frame, the first one without rotation, the second one with a rotation of 359 degrees Once you have them, the distance between the frames is the speed of the wheels

    Hi Federico, can you help me with this problem: I am placing some static aircrafts in a addon scenery, then finish with the inspector and then reload MSFS: almost all aircrafts are there except for 2 in a certain area, there not showing (in the editor they are show, no errors by inspector reported), seems like a certain area is not allowing me to place aircrafts (objects)- what could be the reason? Thank you!
