Mmm i have Just tried It and seems to work pretty fine You just need to stay near zero with roughess and alpha value, and by near i mean below 0.05, if you can join the discord i can post a screenshot there of the settings
in the aircraft.cfg of your plane, [PILOT] pilot = "Pilot_Female_Casual" copilot = "mamu-cat" change those with the name of a simobject, the simobject should have in its sim.cfg [General] category=AircraftPilot the simobject must be design in a way that will fit into the seat (the simobject origin will be in the middle of the seat)
