I think ApeLabs limitations are coming front and center now. MusikMode is easily the best built in lighting system on the market. That said, not having pixel mapping means they're going to be left behind by those who do offer it. These are basically just a brighter version of what they already have out there. I'm waiting for the W-APP to have the full MusikMode functionality (all groups respond individually) because I do have that...but right now? It's not as good as many other options, even just M/S the internal sound modes with multiple groups.

Can you make the color pink in static? I would love to see all the colors you can do.

Bose speakers is the Best! Micophone does it better all around the room! I've used one speaker for 300 people at a Graduation Party and it rocks! Make sure you hook up an extra one 18" subwoofers

I'm a A.L. fan and owner, but these are simply inferior to the Both lighting and maybe others I don't actually own. These just pulsing are boring and basic if they did pixel mapped shows then let's talk. Ape lights, cans and coins are dope..... these are nope.

Great review! But Ape Labs are just too expensive. I feel like every DJ especially the ones that follow UA-cam will all be using Both Lighting and all have the same light show pretty soon! Hopefully some more competition comes into the market! Seems like sheds is making some waves.

I’m praying I can get to the show next year, I wanted to get there the year Covid, then I had a severe neck & back injury. I had a spinal cord stimulator implemented in my back 1.7 years ago so I couldn’t make it to the show, then with my mother being diagnosed with dementia that killed me from attending last year’s show, now this year my wife is having complete hip replacement 1 week prior to the show so I can’t make it this year. So I’m praying to make it next year so I can meet a fellow Pennsylvania DJ who now lives in Minnesota @aaronstrawn

Can’t fight the laws of physics. We used to never worry about weight and loadout, only sound. You can compromise, but there are certain dimensions we may have to work within. Now we want it to be tiny and easy and give giant sound. Okay, EVOX12, ART and NX cabinets from RCF kill. So do the HDL line array. Go with one of those, or really throw your money down on Meyer. Lol. To me, the L1pro 32 sounds like scooped dog shit. Sub2 is alright, but that 32 column is weak and thin because it’s trying to cover 180 from floor to max height. We all have different ears and applications.

Aaron, I have the same DannyMax booth you have, and I asked the folks at DannyMax about using a DeckSaver while traveling, and they mentioned to me that if you travel with the DeckSaver on the unit, it would void the warranty. Just an FYI on that, as it seemed like a good idea to me as well, but they said not to do it. As always, I enjoy your content! Thank you!!!

How many ceremonies do we actually use one mic, hardly never. It's always two and even 3 wireless. One speaker doesn't work either IMO unless it's very small ceremony. Two wave 8 is the future

This goes out to your guy at 49:30. You can replace those headphone ear pads. I've had the same pair of headphones for over 10 years (Sennheiser). I'm on my second set of replacement ear pads.

This format makes Aaron unique. No other DJ has tried this format (that I know of). Worked great!! Maybe not do this every show, but do it at least once/month.
