Hey Fingers! I bought the RC thanks to your good explanation. I'm a total newbie and it certainly would have taken me a long time and I certainly would have stumbled a lot with the possibilities. Perhaps only after discovering things that were now discussed here. I and many others, I think, have received a huge boost from these sessions, and I am very grateful for that!

Another method, is when you get film footage, marker each scene in the footage, and figure out the tempo of each scene in the footage, by Time warp tool. You just go through the entire footage and adjust the grid for each scene, before you even start writing. Once you have established the tempo of each scene and adjusted the grid across the entire footage, you now have everything lined up grid wise, and you can write accordingly, knowing the entire footage and every scene is already grid tempo established. If you feel the tempo changes are too drastic and you want to write across 5 scenes, but the tempo is too drastic, you can always have a signature track added, and change the time signature in parts, as a workaround, to smooth out drastic tempo changes. Example being: in scene 1 > time sig = 4/4, scene 2 > time sig = 3/4 etc...

After some struggling with the demo version, I ended up here and discovered the best explanation and teacher to master this wonderful program. I immediately subscribed and am already looking forward to other courses in this domain. I also purchased Insta Composer and Scaler, but this program seems to me to be the most professional tool for generating music and developing ideas. I would like to conclude by thanking you for making this excellent program accessible to a beginner. 👌👌👍👍👍👍

In your hands the music that "Instacomposer" creates is really interesting. I have seen other demonstrations of the program that had terrible results.

I purchased Insta Composer 2 among other products and their programs have serious problem with scaling and readability. The fonts are super tiny, dark, blurred (most likely not-vector). Impletmented ZOOM feature does not scale the fonts and on 4K screen or even HD screen one must be prepared to work with the magnifying gless. It might look OK on a laptop but not on a typical computer screen. The GUI is simply horrible. Colors really suck! ----------------- DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ! ---------------------------

Thank you. As you mentioned, this program can be quite frustrating, and this video answered a lot of my questions. I just wanted to use Rapid Composer to create some simple drones and progressions to make my guitar practice a little more enjoyable. I was on the point of just giving up, but having watched this video I am now quite confident I will be able to do the things that I have been wanting to do.
