Help we have a Worcester GR8 300iW 35c with the Comfort +2 RF it is paired and working properly however it doesn’t work very far away from the boiler. Is there a way of extending the range?

Great video thanks. The mains supply to my boiler goes through my current receiver (i.e fused switch before receiver then live and neut and doubled up). Does this matter or will new receiver just get wired the same way? Thanks

Get the hub into pairing mode(solid green light and flashing amber). Then power the receiver. Receiver will initially start off with flashing double amber light(its searching for the hub). When receiver is single flashing amber(now searching for thermostat) only then insert the batteries for your thermostat. It will pair within seconds. Lastly claim hub via 6 digit code on the app. Install them daily.

Very common on veissman plate heat exchanger blocked time and again. Replace the 2 black rubber hoses to the main heat exchanger as these feel crunchy and this degeneration causes the plate to block.

How long it takes to carry the same work on a Vaillant TurboMax 824E?

Ive isolated my hot water ftom the boiler so i only have heating when i switch the hot water on the pressure shoots up the engineers sahs the heat exchanger is passing is this a thnng

Mate you're a legend, the council said they wont accept the issue as an emergency as i still had gas and they put me on a 7 day callout, whilst i sat back watching all my gas burn away as it lost connection whilst on so i couldnt turn it off, ive got special needs and i struggle doing stuff for myself like this, you broke it down perfectly for me and i got it done. could you not have used a 5 way, rather than potentially mess up the wiring in the wiring centre. Could save a big headache! ;-) Can't believe that customer called the pro in, then when you were getting a new part, nearly burned his house down because he didn't want to replace the part!!!! LOL!

The o ring you get in the bag is for the bit behind the big brass section which should be changed
