I love chicken and rice together, but I love the legs and thighs with the bone in. It looked like yours was boneless. I guess I would add a minute or 2?
Even with bone in, once it’s in the pressure cooker it’ll cook through :)

Any suggestions on seasoning the grates? Like using Onion? Used your cook recipe over 10x great guideline, IMHO…
Thanks bud!! I do my best :) On the seasoning, if you mean before cooking, I used to season with onion or high smoke point oil like grapeseed oil. But burgers I use are not lean, so the fats that come out season the grates. The onion is more to clean the grates at this point TBH (for me)… When making smashburger, I’ll either throw on a bit of tallow, or grapeseed oil.

Yes sir! Great to hear you like the content. So the issue is the import taxes, Spider Grills won’t cover them and they end up being like 150$. I’m sure if you tell them you’ll pay for the taxes, they won’t mind shipping to you. Or ship to a US address and pickup. :)

Great idea! Was easy though, I washed it and scrapped the bits out then I. The dishwasher. Clean as a whistle.
Those aren't short ribs those are shaved ribs. That's a little bit of a difference. And a big difference in price.

You don't season a coated pan
You should definitely season them. It’s even in the recommendations from HexClad :)
The temperature is too high for chicken...🤷🏻♀️
I have a Meater, I found the set up and app to be cumbersome and inaccurate. After the mandatory account creation to use the app I had to contact Meater customer service to get them to stop sending me spam emails and texts. It loses connection with the app from as close as 20 feet away. It frequently shows "5 Minutes Remaining" on the app for 20 or 30 minutes or more.... I've tested it with an instant read thermometer when it hit a target temperature, and have found it to read warmer than what the meater thinks it is every time. I couldn't find a way to re-calibrate the Meater or change the settings in the app so that it was actually done when it said it would be done. I purchased a Thermoworks Smoke and found the Temperature to be within 1 or 2 degrees every time i've tested it, the set up is easy, and the remote never loses signal. Set up is easier, there's no app to deal with, and the temperature calibration is more accurate out of the box. If it gets out of spec, there's a procedure to recalibrate.
Wow! I’m surprised! I’ve had 2 meaters saying different temps but nothing so bad. I do agree that Thermoworks probes and temps are much more accurate, which is actually my go to for day to day.

Just made this dish and it was yummy!! I didn’t salt it enough while cooking and even then, it was good. Just added more salt to taste when serving it up 👍🏼

Did you say 25 min pre heat? Who does that? Is that what makes it kosher?
No no no, just press start and wait for the Ninja to say add food. Usually 2-5 minutes. And the meat is kosher meat, which is how the cow is killed (to simplify in 3 words) :)

If it's hot outside I put a pan of ice (or small bag) in whichever smoker I'm using to try to keep the temp of your smoker below 85 degrees. I always do that when cold smoking cheeses after early spring.
100% agreed on this! in the winter season it's easy, summer keeping temps low seems to be the hardest part.
