Looks awesome! Can't go wrong with chicken. And if doing chicken wings, still the best I've found is your video on smoked wings from a while ago. Keep a container of your recipe ready to go, and written down in my cooking bbq note book. Cheers!
I usually make boneless, skinless thighs with a marinade made with a lot of Weber N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning, add extra Cayenne pepper, paprika, canola oil, and a lot of lime juice. I usually don't need to add any salt. Then marinade for about 2 days and then grill it on the bbq with lump charcoal. It's the best. Works great for chicken wings too.
@ImpossiblyKosher Thanks. I'll keep an eye out for new videos, just in case you make a video for this recipe. Making chicken thighs on the grill reminds me of my time living in Israel from several years ago. Everytime we went to a wedding, they usually had boneless skinless chicken thighs. I always wished they would make them Cajun style, though. Lol
lol in Israel it’s called Pargiot. It’s very rare that they will have other than middle eastern spices on them over there. But they are so juicy and delicious…
@ImpossiblyKosher Yes, I remember the name. But I wasn't sure if anyone else reading the comments would know what Pargiot is. When I lived there, I made my own Cajun Seasoning. But it wasn't quite as good as the Weber Cajun. I remember it was hard to find bottled lime juice or even fresh limes there. Taco shells were hard to find in Israel, too. I did find some at a Tiv Ta'am grocery store. I don't think the store is kosher, but the Ortega Taco shells were kosher certified.
1:43 get the Israeli imports & it’ll taste even better!
I love other mixes, but even lately I leave out the paprika and just use olive oil, garlic and salt… much better!
Simple and to the point looks delish!
Thank you!

@user-cg4uf3hf9t I’m surprised you had a hard time finding limes!
Citrus fruits of all kinds are always in every market. Strange though!
Finally found a pork free channel!
Welcome!!
Chicken is the right kind of fatty! Cuz it’s so damn smooth! No greasy texture in sight!
Agreed! I used to love beef far more, but now I’m on team chicken.
I can have chicken wings and thighs every day (virtually)
