    Thanks for another great video. I discovered the foil boat method earlier along the way since I was warned how tough cooking brisket can be. I've had one success after another and I think I owe it pretty much to the foil boat method. Keep up the Great work. Cheers!

      When I’m cooking the point cut, to be honest, I don’t always need to do any foil boat or anything else because it is such a fatty cut, and I end up with an incredible bark. I just don’t want to wait too long during the thermal stall.
