    Great Video, I've got some hamburger about to go on and i thought "Man, i need to check Kosher" glad i did. I'm gonna smoke then grill next time.

    Any suggestions on seasoning the grates? Like using Onion? Used your cook recipe over 10x great guideline, IMHO…

      Thanks bud!! I do my best :)
      On the seasoning, if you mean before cooking, I used to season with onion or high smoke point oil like grapeseed oil.
      But burgers I use are not lean, so the fats that come out season the grates.
      The onion is more to clean the grates at this point TBH (for me)…
      When making smashburger, I’ll either throw on a bit of tallow, or grapeseed oil.

      I don’t think so… it’s wood. But I’d suggest to ask a rabbi tbh
