I did this fix to mine as well. Now a day after the gearbox is misaligned once again… I also don’t get any froth when making milk coffees, just lukewarm milk. I’m moving from an old DeLonghi Magnifica cappuccino which i haven’t had any issues with after making 6000 cups of coffees. If this is just the quality of the Siemens machines, i’d rather use my old DeLonghi…

Hi..hab das jetzt mal genau nach Anleitung gemacht (Wiedergabe verlangsamt etc…)und schon wieder eingebaut.Jetzt macht es ein ungutes lautes Knacks Geräusch beim Kaffee machen..auch nach mehrmaliger neu Montage der Brühgruppe ist es nicht weg. Was kann das sein,was muss ich machen.Danke für Support

My Jura Micro 90 keeps repeating "rinsing" and "press rotary" after starting. Can't find anything on the internet about how to fix. Any help? I find water in the tray after each rinse and the brew group is moving correctly.

Hallo sehr gute arbeit geleistet! ich habe ein problem mit mein jura E60! ich bekomme nicht die kalibrierung der endkoder und brühgruppe! da scheint was nicht richtig zu stimmen! bekomme die fehlermeldung 8, muss der endkoder auf die brühgruppe angepasst werden? oder reicht den endkoder einfach anklemmen ohne da was zu machen? ich hoffe sie können mir helfen. In vorraus vielen Dank.

a little tip: mine was stucked AND the little heat fuse (in black cord) was burned. So i clean the grinder, and cut off the fuse. All working like a charm.

Hello, i have a magnífica evo and did everything like the video, but after i out everything together the grinder does not shoot.dust to make the coffe and i get the warning triangle. I've repeated the process more than 10 times and i always get the same issue. Please help, because im going crazy 😅😢

Good video. After doing this to my machine I get low fill on grinder now. It seems that it’s way too fine of a grind on all settings, Any suggestions on what i may have done wrong.

I did a similar service for my express, but after turning it on I have alarm number 7: LEDs flash in sequence: water -> tray -> exclamation mark -> descaling and so on] the brewer is installed, the door is closed, the door sensor is checked, the coffee machine is cleaned inside. What else could be causing this error?

I just did this repair with new unit. Water does not flow through the brewing piston. Any ideas?

Super, super nice! Thank you for sharing your work, it is of tremendous help. One question I would have: is it possible to adjust the grinder to a finer setting? Would you recommend that, or is the risk of choking it too high? My machine's setting seems quite coarse, I see it on the puck which most of the times disintegrates.

Your video is great, the most detailed I have seen! The trickiest part that most people will get stuck on, is re-assembling the sliding part/metal slide plates/magnets. The easiest and best way that I have found is to leave the magnets for last. Put the metal plates on the little tabs, hold that assembly at an angle so the plates don't fall off and then slide it into the machine where it is supposed to go. After that you can use a small screw driver to pick up a magnet, push it into the hold, and it will lock right onto the metal plate - do the same for the second magnet.

Hello! My Jura F9 is still operating but is an old girl. The screw threads which secure the brew group to the chassis, especially the bottom one near the drainage valve, are becoming worn. It is impossible to tighten a few of them. Is there a solution that you can think of for a metal screw and the POM that can be removable? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!

My brewing unit is leaking water into small waste coffee box/container. Previously it only used to drop partially dry round shaped coffee waste but now it also fills with water and very difficult to clean. First I need to use filter to stain the coffee so I could avoid draining into kitchen drainage. Can someone help me in resolving this issue? New brewing unit is 110€.

Ich habe die gleiche Maschine, aber auf einmal kommt kein heißes Wasser mehr heraus. Die Pumpe läuft, und es wird im unteren Magnetventil Druck aufgebaut und es wird heiß. Könnte es sein, dass die Pumpe zu wenig Druck hat? Ich habe das untere Magnetventil bereits gewechselt, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Zuerst kam kein heißes Wasser mehr heraus, deshalb dachte ich, dass das Magnetventil defekt sei. Das war jedoch nicht der Fall. Oben sind noch zwei andere Magnetventile verbaut. Diese habe ich auseinander genommen und wieder eingebaut. Jetzt habe ich alles wieder zusammengebaut und bekomme eine Störungsmeldung: "Allgemeine Störung! Benutzerhandbuch App." Könnte es sein, dass die Wasserpumpe zu wenig Druck erzeugt, sodass die Magnetventile das Wasser nicht durchlassen?

hello. when I start the coffee machine there is a water leak but not as much as you have and this part is not broken either.. it takes out about 10ml of water and a little coffee powder in one shot of espresso. is this normal?

Fair warning, tried doing this with my Magnifica EVO. Slightly different machine, but the infuser/brew unit is exactly the same. Removed the filter and filled the tank with cleaning solution, BUT! Since this machine had already passed hands a few times throughout my family, the hot water nozzle got lost at some point. Turns out, this machine becomes a total BRICK without that part... At least when you start the descaling process. Gives the hot water warning plus the error light, and now it's stuck there. Unplugging didn't work, factory reset didn't work. So i either need that water nozzle, OR i messed up something when reassembling the brewing unit. Although it DID work after i cleaned and reinstalled the unit, it just crapped out after i started the descaling process. Not the end of the world, i guess i'll have to go to a local DeLonghi dealer and order it, and it doesn't look too expensive. But i'm out of coffee until then. So now i only have nicotine and pure hatred to fuel my workdays :c

Awesome video! I've been having an issue with tiny dark floating particles coming out in the rinse water no matter how many times i rinse or even descale. I found your video very helpful and thought it would be the fix. However, i still have them after cleaning and it wasnt that dirty. Any idea of what i should try cleaning next?

Do you know what the water hose specs are in the machine. Specifically the supply line from the reservoir to the pump. They are larger diameter soft. I can't find replacement or description anywhere.

Hello, I have clean hot water leak from the brewing unit ( where the piston is) which o-ring can be the trouble maker? As far as I see there is only 2 o-rings on the brewing unit?
