I just finished the procedure. Did it perfectly with the help of your video. How often should I do this? I drink 4 coffees per day.

After half a year, you can look again at how dirty the brewery group has become. After that, you can adjust the cleaning intervals. I clean my brewing group up to twice a year.

Hi. You're videos are excellent! Thanks for all your work. The steam knob on my ECAM23210B is very stiff. Is there something I can lubricate? Thanks.

Hello, yes the valve can be taken apart and greased. The two screws at the bottom would have to be unscrewed ourl.io/KUEsc

@yt.myworks Thanks for the link to the part so I know what it looks like. Do you have a video showing the process? What comes apart?

Long time Magnifica owner here - if you have the grinder cranked, it won't get any finer (and probably start clogging) - another solution is to grind your coffee in a standalone grinder and put it in the single-dose chute. Or maybe switch beans, fresh-roasted makes a huge difference

So now I am trying to remove the steam knob on my ECAM23210B. All of you videos just show you pulling it off, but my model has what looks like 2 metal rings around the shaft right where the knob meets the shaft inside the machine. Do you have any tips to how to get the know off? I've pulled it pretty hard, but dont want to break it.

Got it. Just had to get some help from a screwdriver to pry it off. The two metal rings are actually on the knob.

    Time to replace infuserO-rings?

After they are porous or dark in color.

Last question....I was getting a left side leak so I watched and performed this fix from your other video ua-cam.com/video/MevXIJX7SLA/v-deo.html
I decided to use some rubber bands I had here at home as a gasket for the dispenser chamber that is part of the boiler. Do you think that's a good idea? Is it going to make the steam toxic? Thanks. My steam knob is working much more smoothly. I did exactly what you said to do. 😁

Hi, I don't think it can produce toxic fumes. A rubber seal is a good idea 👍
