I’m 51 and recently diagnosed with osteopenia borderline osteoporosis. I have been taking letrozole to prevent a breast cancer recurrence. But only started on letrozole 2 months before dexa scan. I’ve always exercised including resistance training. Now my doc wants to prescribe bisphosphonates which has its own list of side effects. I don’t want to take them. I’ve always been fit and at a healthy weight. I’m hopeless on what to do at this point. 😢

I just found your videos! I love them because they are so easy to follow and to understand. I am so excited! You are a great instructor! Question - since I just found you I'm assuming I will start with week 1 and work my way through all 52 of them. Once I do week one, I then move on to week 2, but should I be incorporating every prior weeks exercises in to the next week as I move forward? That would be a lot of exercises.

I got norovirus at the beginning of January. I’m finally getting back to this workout. Yesterday I did 2 sets. I wasn’t sore so did the full video today. It is amazing how quickly we can lose strength when older. But I am finally back to my routine.
What supplementation are you guys recommending?
Is natto ok in the freeze dried powder form?

Hello!!! I chanced upon your UA-cam channel in a FB group and the 4 basic exercises resonated with me. I have a DX of osteoporosis since 2021 following my first fracture. 4 years later following a follow up dexascan shows significant worsening despite engaging in different osteogenic protocols. I had another fracture after the first on the same side as the first but . different body parts. My gut feeling is my Osteoporosis has an inflammation etiology along with aging and I need to prevent the next fall best as I can. Thanks for what you do 🙏

Love this workout, particularly the lateral stepping. I prefer an older instructor because they may have some of the same issues as I do and incorporate modifications or warnings in their instructions.

Great conversation. I learned so much. I eat whole food plantbased. I will probably never eat eggs, and I do struggle to keep protein up while keeping fats low. Tofu and tofu products are usually high in fat. Although I eat tofu and tofu products, I don't eat enough of them to keep my protein at 90+ grams a day. I've been looking for that Natto, but the only place I found it was on Amazon at $25. Is that typically the price? Thanks for the great conversation. ❤❤
should we be eating the 4-5 prunes over the course of the day, like we do with our protein, or it doesn't matter? Just eating them all at once gives you the same benefit?
