Feeling wonderful. I am very appreciative of the time, effort, wealth of knowledge, dedication and generosity that went into putting these video series together.
This is fabulous! Thank you !!! I am 66 yrs old. I have very slight osteopenia in a hip, but my oncologist and family doctor said it is so slight that they were frustrated it had been termed osteopenia. I have been lifting weights since in my 20’s and took Arimidex for 5 years. Last week, I foolishly stood on a chair (for a quick minute) to put something on a high shelf. The chair tipped and I fell, hitting another piece of furniture with my left arm. No broken bones. A strained wrist, an abrasion and cut below my elbow, internal and external hematomas and painful funny bone nerve pain. It looks awful, but grateful nothing worse. But a testimony to weight training and bone health. I will not be standing on any chairs here on out- not even for a quick minute. My personal weakness (aside from thinking I can stand on a chair) is flexibility and I want to maintain mobility.
This was wonderful. Getting some movements in areas much needed. Thank you!
Good job Kay!
