Thank you. The way I incorporate the side plank into my routine is by doing it after I am done with the front plank. I do the front plank and the side plank regularly 3 times a week along with other exercises such as the lunge, squat, bridge, and wall push up, balance, impact and speed.
Would you think it’s best to increase the height of the step, vs adding weight and staying at the same height. I bet the answer is do both. Am I right? Thanks

@@emjayvee9 add one at a time. Add weight. Then increase the height without weight. Then add weight again.
