Outstanding session. I LOVE the way you are building these movements and concentrating on - as you say - the foundations for all future exercises and moves. Everyone can benefit from this program. As someone who is doing the Onero program, I can tell you 100% that I wished we had started with foundational reaching moves as you have demonstrated because the overhead press is damned hard. Although I don't consider myself a beginner, I am really appreciating these foundational videos.
I don't know if you have any control over the ads and when they play. They seem to always hit in the middle of an exercise. In Foundations I, the worst is just as you finish the countdown for the sit to stand test. I waited at least 30 seconds to hit skip, and the test began before I could even get back to my chair. I guess that also tests my quickness in another way.
