Thank-you for the two separate videos for the Mountain pose & Tree Pose . I could not find the video for the 3rd pose, the chair pose , or the 4th pose ( iam not sure what the 4th pose was called ...hop?). Used the "search function" to search on Yoga for Osteoporosis - Chair Pose.
