    And challenge us you certainly did 😮😅 Great workout. Will have to gradually progress from a split lunge to a split jump.

    Wow…. The last one is a challenge. Somehow, I cannot land with both feet together when I switch.( still shallow lunge) Love to have a big goal!

    Extra spicy today!! I’ll start without the balance pad if I can’t do it holding on to the chair gently. No split lunges for me right now. My niece, a DPT, thinks I have Pes Anserine bursitis. Back to basics.

    Mam please tell me should i do daily these exercises or any routine
