    Love all your fabulous routines. Any chance you might do another yoga for osteoporosis? The two that you have currently are awesome. You’re the best, I tell all my friends suffering with arthritis about your channel.

    I do toe taps against the step. I did the step ups several years ago. I will add them back. Would a progression be to use the step risers or is that important for this exercise?

      @@sharonmitchel1377 risers are not necessary, but it would add to the balance challenge
