Thank you for this! I’ve been looking forward to this for half a year. I’m currently rocking a herniated disc. Once I’m healed and I have the OK for my PT I will definitely circle back. Thank you for all you do. 💯
@ thank you so much for your kind words! It actually may be anaggravated pudendal nerve. Good times. Not. I’m still getting treatment. We’ll see what happens. Keep doing your good work! What you do matters! Thank you so much.
Thank you, Dr. Lisa. Started w small weights. Went to pt today and she was asking about balance. Could hardly do a one leg stand for a few seconds. Had shoes on…at home I don’t wear shoes. And tandem walking on mat is different than in wood floor😉
I have been doing your videos since last March, and it was so great to hear reminders and go through the movements with your clear instructions ....and I like all the areas this video hit. Thank you!!
@@DrLisaMooreDPT It was! I was “on a roll!” I tested myself this morning and only did 18. A lot depends on how I feel and how tired I am. 🥰 Thank you for this Foundations series. I am really enjoying the sessions.
Love your videos! I really have a problem with getting up and down from a chair without my knees coming in. Anything I could do to avoid that? Have my legs further apart than hip width or turn my feet out; any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!

Love video III! The cobra is next level. Been doing cobra in yoga but slowing it down to focus on the upper back and arms is great!
Great ❤

Put a loop exercise band around your knees and push out on the band when you do the exercise
