    Idk kung ilang kilos ako ngayon pero sa pakiramdam ko mga nasa around 70-75 na ako and na inspire talaga ako coach, very informative and straightforward ang mga payo mo nasimulan ko na kanina mag exercise naka 40 mins exercise ako random exercises lang haha hanggang december ako mag everday workout salamat talaga sayo coach.

    Nice content bro. `bout time for a filipino fitness vlogger to teach the facts about fitness.
    I started my calorie counting journey last year. first cut was amazing but i felt smaller. This year na sana ang second ko sadly ngka pandemic so medyo mahirap i apply yung progressive overload. Thanks for this and keep it up brother

    Coach tips naman po kung pano ang workout approach and diet kung ayaw ko masyado lumaki gusto ko lang maging ripped. 5'4 lang kase height ko baka di maganda tignan pag sobrang laki.

    New subscriber here! I'm following your push and pull banded workouts, sir! I just started last Monday. hopefully it will work for me and hindi ako magsawa sa routine because to be honest I hate working out sa bahay mas gusto ko sa gym because of equipments.
