Been practicing handstand and planche and I can already see a big difference to my body right now. Btw nice video kuys very helpful for my journey

I had the same experience, dahil sa gusto magkaabs, nagintense cardio ako almost everyday, pero i looked very skinny. And ngayon less cardio, more lifting weights and nareach ko goal ko

Hello Sir, i bumped into your video just this very moment and i found it straight to the point and i subbed! Im doing exercise and diet plan for a month now. I was 85kg back then before i started and now my current weight is 76kg as of today. I found my belly saging down. Didnt do any crunches or any abdominal workouts but more on set cardio exercises and set weights exercise .

same tayo ng ab workout lodi. yun nga lang sakin is bodyweight lang since im doing home workout with limited equipments (12 lbs pair of dumbbells only). di ako makapaggym. my goal lang naman now is to be super toned so what i do is crunches (not sit ups because it is useless) knee raises, leg-raises, and russian twists then planking sa dulo
that is so true, that's why for beginners I always tell them to lose body fat and build muscles then build your abs afterwards it's just a waste of time if you have a very high body fat percentage and it is prone to injuries better to spend time doing cardio and HIIT, abs will just develop later once you reduce body fat
