    Amazing kuya! I didn't know that there is so much that goes into counting calories. I personally don't consume a lot of calories, especially since I now only eat 2 times a day, due to me having to wear my Invisalign for 22 hours a day.🥰

    thank you coach! I'm on my cutting phase rn, I just saw your vid 3 years ago "1 week low carb", video is informative but you said na hindi sya recommended. hoping for cutting tips especially on decreasing carbs while losing fat and maintaining muscles.

    Hard to track cooking oil. Di mo naman iinumin lahat ung oil so gaano kaya kadami ung itratrack pag oil pag nag fra-fry ka

    Another useful tip and feature of MFP is to scan the barcode if it comes with whatever you’re eating. (Ex. Yogurt) Some serving sizes indicated in the nutritional facts can be tricky to fool you that it is low-calorie so yeah use critical thinking. 😂
