      good day po....just saw your vids po...ok lang po ba magtanong coach?...gusto ko sana mag porma katawan ko...contented na po ako sa weight ko pero gusto ko sana mapalitan ng muscles yong mga fats ko....anu po dapat kung gawin regarding sa calorie intake ko?..and sa macros ko,,anu pa bagay na ratio nang kakainin ko...sana po mabigyan nyo ako nang idea coach....salamat nang marami po...anyways ito yong stats ko coach...age 32,, weight 75kg...height 5'9"...for now, nag reresistance training na po ako 3-4 times a week....sana matulungan niyo po ako coach..🙏🙏

    alamin din kung ano ang attainable naturally haha. napapansin ko din kasi na yung iba tatamarin pag di nila na-achieve yung gains na gusto nila. e kung in the first place yung idol mo ay di natty. wala akong hate sa mga enhanced pero sila din ang may kasalanan minsan because of the way they say that this can be achieved naturally.

    Basta sakin lang kung gusto nyo lumaki katawan enjoy nyo Ang pag ggym pag bubuhat wag kayo mag madali pahinga din focus lang sa sarili huwag sa iba at Yung mga exercise nyo dapat ay maayos Ang mga program nyo sa gym ❤❤

    thank you for the video coach. I do push pull split workout every monday to friday and cardio every saturday and rest on sunday, is that okay or should I put a rest day in the days that I workout?

    Sir Jacob pwede ba pag sabayin ang chest,biceps and triceps sa Monday tapos shoulder and back sa Tuesday tapos legs and abs or cardio sa Wednesday tapos rest and repeat? Ito kasi ang ginagawa ko. Watching here from Ozamiz City Mindanao.

    Sir nun first 2 mnths ko lumaki agad ako pure natural walang whey or amino. Pero nun nag intermediate level nako parang hirap at di ko makita yun pag gain ng muscle ko mga mabibigat na rin ang binubuhat ko sir nun nagbulky nako. Pero sa timbang ko nakikita yun paglaki ko dating 52kgs ngayon 68 kgs na pero still di parin gaano bulky at kakorte

    BMR x Activity Level = Calories (ex:1500)
    Yung calories po na total na 1500 is it per day po ba ? Sana masagot

    good evening coach 9 months napo akong nag titraining nakikito ko naman po yung result but nung napanuod kopo yung vlog i think sa nutrients po ako nag kukulang gusto kopo kasi ng bulking 69kg po ako ano po ba mga dapat kung kainin para sa bulking madami po ako kumain pero more on rice di kopa po kasi alam kung pano mag measure ng mga grams of cal. protein. fats. na kailangan sana po mapansin.

    Coach bat po ganun. Pag mabigat yung binubuhat di po matapos yung isang set. Example po bicep curl. Madali yung 15lbs try ko itaas sa 20lbs kasi yun na po yung sumunod na weight available sa gym pero di ko matapos isang set . 6 reps palang di na maangat yung kamay ko. Any advice po Salamat 💪😁
