So far, sir Jacob's the best pinoy youtuber fitness coach I've encountered. There are tons of youtuber coach out there that limit their video contents just because they want you to join a paid program. Keep it up, coach! I'm learing something new from every video. Because of you, practical dieting and avoiding injury are my priorities now.

I discoverd your channel 2months ago. Followed everything i watched here. From 96kg i am now 88kg. Without workout pa. Just doin the 10,000 steps sa my fitness pal. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. 🙏💕
Dagdag ko lang mistakes ko before:
1) Warming up properly (warmup sets) lalo pag mabigat binubuhat, sobrang risk sa injury.
2) Neglecting joint recovery. Pwedeng nakarecover na muscles mo but sa joints di pa.
3) Not getting 0.8-1g of protein per lb of body weight.

@@adrianumipig4522 before starting the workout, any form of cardio 10+mins. Tas before mag start ng exercise per body part, lighter weight muna (warmup set) before going sa heavier weight (working sets) mo. Example: Exercise 1 bench press, 1st set mo is 50lbs lang (warmup set) then 2nd/3rd/4th set mo is 100lbs na. (working set) Pag next exercise mo chest paden, in most cases no need to warmup ulit. Pero pag ibang muscle group na, warmup set uli.

Never skip leg day. Yan ang BIG THREE ng exercises; Squats, deadlifts and bench presses. Lakas pa makaburn ng calories. Great advice coach!

First time to watch your channel pero subrang detalyado. Banat din ako twice a day sa kakagym now i realize na kailangan din ipahinga ang katawan. Can you give me some alternative exercises kasi parang Isa na rin sa paraan ko ang mag gym araw2x kasi bored ako dto abroad lalo na sa pandemic? Ang program ko kasi is cardio morning at muscle program sa hapon o gabi. May progress na katawan ko for 3 months sa kakagym at bumaba na rin timbang ko from 75 to 67.4kg. Salamat sir Jacob.
