      Coach may Tanung lang ako .. Okay ba na mag supplements pero hnd ka naman nakakapag gym dahil sa Covid ? Pero Bawi naman sa Home Work outkaso ung gamit ko lang ay 10kg Dumbell then the rest bawi sa Push up.. Thank you Coach sana Mapansin

    Tip! have a regular blood test before taking protein and creatinine supplements because it causes ireversable damage to the kidneys.

    Bago palang ako dito coach , 1 month palang. Totoo yung training, disiplina sa pagkain at tamang tulog. Ngayon parang kailangan ko din ng mga supplements. Salamat coach ! dami ko natutonan sayo. Laki ng pinagbago ko simula nung nanood ako sa channel mo.

    Tama lahat ng sinabi ni Coach. Share ko lang din tong experience ko taking whey protein. Takot ako mag take ng ganto before dahil sa mahal na magkaka tigyawat pa ako kaya naisip ko na proper tulog, proper diet and proper buhat nalang muna. To be honest, ang tagal kong makarecover like 5 days masakit pa din muscles ko kahit sinusunuod ko naman yung proper sa pag gygym, kaya itigil ko na mag gym at push ups saka cardio nalang ang ginawa ko. Then I decided to look for these kinds of supps, especially whey then nag gym ulit ako. Sabi ko try ko lang and pag nagka acne breakouts ako ititigil ko. 2 weeks na akong nag tetake ng whey and guys di ako nagka breakout, proper pa din naman lahat tapos yung muscle recovery ko ang bilis. Pag gising ko, di din ako nanlalata tapos madami akong energy araw araw di kagaya dati. Lahat to di mo need but makakatulong like what coach said sa vid. Saka di ko sya marerecommend sa nag babudget kawawa ang bulsa mo.

    I do take whey protein, and I ordered some pre-workout and creatine to arrive next week, to try its effect on my performance.
    i drink black coffee din as pre-workout, at tama si coach, ayus na ayus yun pag tinatamad ka at parang hinihila ka ng bed mo haha.

    Skinny ako nagstart ako mag workout nung march pa hangang ngayon, may improvements naman sa katawan ko kaso kulang eh kasi ang bagal, ayaw tumaba ng katawan ko kahit malakas naman ako kumain, kumakain ako lagi minsan tatlo kada araw kung may makakain then workout ko ok naman nanonood ako sa youtube mga home workout, maliit pa rin katawan ko dumagdag lang yung kontin ma muscle na nabuild ko at lakas kaso maliit pa rin katawan ko. need ko talaga supplements at kain ng kain na more on callories kaso sa ngayon wala pa akong pang support na pera para masuportahan pagwoworkout ko. btw salamat kuya sa vid mo

    Pre workout : Thunder
    Intra: Bcaa substitute... slice ng lemon tapos lagay mo na sa tubigan mo.
    Post: whey substitute.. 2tbsp of oatmeal,,1banana,,1tsp of peanut butter,, 300ml of milk then blend mo na
    ☺😉😉

    Yun din problema sa iba eh ginagawang tubig ang coffee kung baga sa isip nila masarap lang siya na beverage without knowing it has caffeine and may tamang dose lang yan a day. Kaya ingat kayo. God Bless. Stay safe🙏🏻

    its better to eat animal protein, remove all your processed foods and you will reach new level , animal fat or healthy fats like fish (avocado) is good for you to as long as you know your supplier that they are feeding it grass fed or animal meat (ORGANIC) best way to go is to local farms

    Depende sa gusto mo korte ng katawan mo kung anong supplement gagamitin mo. May supplement na pang cuts lang. Syempre wyeth protein na mass dagdag lobo sa katawan. Meron dito yung sa mga matataba yung Lipo6 tapos di naman nagwoworkout si walang resulta.

    Ako puro protein . Mga karne at gulay at prutas . . 18years n ko nag bubuhat . To be honest lng . Wala akong iniinom n kahit ano . . Tiyaga at disiplina lng . Pero katawan ko solid cut ganda . Di naasa sa mga supp at mass or powder . .

    Works pretty damn well to me.
    Please dont copy anyones suppliments. We have different body that might cause u acne and more. So go for where your body comes better.

      agree I took L arginine and grabe breakouts ko. I switched to Nescafé black coffee for pre workout and it's really affective goodbye abdominal and back acne.

    Gusto ko po magpalaki pero on my arms lng and and everytime nag tatake ako mass gainer, na effect naman sakin pero the problem is nalaki din pati pisngi ko ko which I hate, and when that happens I try to lose weight again para lumiit pisngi but my muscles get shrink as well. I dont know what to do. Huhu
