    Totoo yung no. 4 Pabago bago ng set of workouts/program. Kelangan fix yung program per target muscle para masanay. I've been working out for 3 weeks of same program at kelan lang ako nag adjust/add ng weight since ang gaan na ng 2 kilos per dumbbell sakin. Hindi kelangan magbago ng program unless kita na yung changes sa body, magdagdag lang ng weight kung magaan at sanay na. Consistency din talaga kapag tamad at nag skip ng 1-2 weeks ambilis ng muscle atrophy. Depende naman sa katawan yan. Keep grinding lang men

    Another BIG reason rin why most don't progress strength wise kahit matagal na sa gym (minsan 1 yr+ na) is because of poor program structure. Try to research how to mix up the best rep/set scheme on your exercises na most compatible for you. Anything from 10reps onwards, especially on your main compounds (S,B,D,OHP) medyo mahirap na talaga mag build ng strength dun lalo na if natty ka. Try to lessen the reps (5-8) but make sure the form is clean pa rin, then ipasok yung medyo higher reps sa accessory work na. Hope this helps!

    *Ako na Dalawang taon na nagbubuhat :> pero hirap na hirap magprogress kasi ang gaan nung binubuhat ko na diy dumbell, kase no choice, d afford ang tunay na dumbell, pero tinutuloy ko parin kesa hindi ko maworkout katawan ko, pati nageenjoy naman ako kahit walang progress, kumbaga burn lang ng calories para ma-maintain ko ung katawan ko na mataba dati na pumayat na ngayon HAHAHA*

    Ty lodi may gantong channel ung nakuha ko na ung ideal weight ko andami nabago sa buhay ko 1 year na ko subscriber mo lods. It takes 10 months bago ko nakuha.

    Ako walang carbs kasi nag workout ako ng fasting state ok naman mas may energy ako kesa sa busog ako bumabawi nalang ako ng kain ng carbs at protein pag tapos na mag workout... Pag busog ka kasi parang tinatamad ka mag workout parang lazy pakiramadam mo at gusto mo lang matulog.

    Eto based on my experience lng, medyo my kahinaan aq noon sa pgbuhat lalo sa bench press tho consistent aq sa gym pero prang sobrang minimal ang progressive overload ko and i always get back pain everytime i bench dun q narealize na mahina ang core ko.. and i start working out my lowerback and and legs after couple of weeks ng 5x ang strength ko, for me sobrang underated ng lowerback workout at napaka importante pala nun kc lowerback is the foundation of everything dahil mostlikely dun nakakkabit lht ng upper body natin.. from 40lbs dumbell noon na medyo hirap pq ng jump to 70lbs bench dumbell press nq after couple of weeks and sobrang stable ng back ko, ndi din aq gumagamit ng belt tho it is a tool to use for ur safety not mandatory tho, bottomline is work on ur legs and lowerback then u will thank me later ;)… and yes be consistent too

    tanung ko lng po sir kung gaanu po ba talaga katagal o kadali ang magkaroon ng 6 pocket abs, dahil sabi ng iba ay 2 weeks lng 1 month or 3 months. Yuong totoo po ilang bwan po ba talaga? Pangalawa po ay ok lng po ba ang araw-araw ng pag work out para sa abs? Tnx po sir!

    New viewer here bruh.
    Can you give me a quick advice as to which is better to exercise with great results?
    Currently doing this - Exercise 5 times a week from Monday to Friday - Sometimes it's taking a toll into my body as I feel tired on the 3rd to 5th day.
    VS
    Exercise 5 times a week from Monday to Friday with interval like the following:
    Monday(Rest on Tuesday)Wednesday(Rest on Thursday)Friday

      @@Mark_can_cook Hi Bruh, First of all thank you for replying & taking time to read this message. Back then it was about getting big & I somehow i achieved but that was so many years ago. Right now I want to be Lean & Ripped.
      I have the following sets but i will not go into details about the position.
      Warm-up Exercise for 5-10mins
      Push-up 3 sets with 12 Reps.
      Dumbells 3 Sets with 12 Reps.
      Slam Ball 3 Sets with 20 Reps.
      Execise Ball for the stomach. 2 Sets with 250 Reps.
      Jogging for 10mins. Power walk for 10mins
      High-Kick Stretching then doing grappling & punching & Kicking for a Heavy Punching Bag for 10 mins. I'm a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practiioner also.
      I sleep at 12Midnight or atleast 1AM then wake-up at 7AM with no breakfast then exercise. I'll have my lunch at 12nn. I eat a medium serving of rice & any food that has been cooked. Dinner time I only eat Quakers Oatmeal(Honey Flavor) with instant Powdered Milk. If there's a stock, then I would often choose a Non-Fat Powdered Milk. So only 2 Meals a day. Rinse & Repeat.
      Doing it from Monday to Friday. Would it be better to have an interval on my exercise? I am an IT Professional who works at home. I don't smoke nor drink alcohol. I only drink softdrinks & chips during the weekends for a "Cheat day"

    Tanong ko lang coach for example napatigil ako pag wworkout ng dalawang buwan or subra pa tpos nong time na napatigil ako ang buhat ko sa bench press ay umabot na ako sa 140lbs 4 sets 8-10 reps. Ibabalik ko po ba ang bigat na 140lbs sa bench press ko or mag bawas ako sa bigat na kung saan ako nag start sa bigat na 100lbs bench press kung sakaling bumalik ako sa pag wworkout? Pasensya coach ang haba ng tanong ko. Sana mapansin nyo po. Salamat in advance! God bless you!

    about sa #7 po kuya jacob na marami ang workouts,okay lang poba na 8 exercises per session palagi? tulad po ng 4 exercises for chest and 4 exercises for biceps sometimes po nagcacardio po ako with stationary bike for 15mins after workout okay lang poba yun? salamat po!
