    I feel your gardening pain Kseny.
    I am a 67 yrs old gardener, and have been following your gigong videos for over 2 yrs..
    They have definitely helped me to stay mobile and active and enable me to continue enjoy my gardening.

      @@qigongwithkseny I lost consiousness and felt in a street last week, due to dehidration and low blood pressure, caused by stomach problems. It was rough, but it is getting better.
