I am a 67 yrs old gardener, and have been following your gigong videos for over 2 yrs..
They have definitely helped me to stay mobile and active and enable me to continue enjoy my gardening.
I've been doing your videos for about a week now, and I really enjoy the easy movements on my body, I do this first thing in the morning because my body is so stiff. Thank You
