Please lovely and powerful Rebecca -or someone who is reading this-, pleeease tell me that no matter how old you are, if you are consistent with this workout we will see results. I need to believe it because I want to have better abs and this workout it's not so easy for me. I have been doing it every day for 5 days. I will do it 5 times a week until I see results. This is the 4th time I've done this workout. I have more endurance getting through it and am not as exhausted 2 minutes in. Because it seems easier now, am I doing something wrong or am I building up strength?
