I failed last year with Trying to lose weight , but I started working out just today. I always watch your videos Rebecca. I did the lower an workout, sexy back workout, Victoria secret booty workout the 5 minute inner thigh workout and this arm one. I feel good about my self after these exercises. I won’t quit this time. I wanna look good again this summer. I can feel the burn Rebecca 🔥💙

You have been such a help by aiding me on to losing my core and arm fat. I used to do other workouts like your cardio-based ones but I do a 5K run once a week with a lot of walking in between and I am also planning on doing some runs throughout the week too so they aren't necessary anymore. The butt workouts are great. I'd love to see a whole body workout in like 20 minutes. I think that'd be cool! Thank you ever so much. After a year of dipping in and out of the core workouts I am finally feeling some results and they are now beginning to show. I can't thank you enough! Xoxo

When we are truly committed, every thing motivates us. When I was young I did synchronize, but what I really wanted to do was diving. Today, I saw an interview with Greg Louganis a diver Gold medalist in the Seoul 1988 Olympics. I remember what a great, perfect body he had. We all the girls who did synchronize also had toned, beautiful bodies because we worked so hard for so many hours in the pool. That memory made me get up right away and come to do my arms workout. Thank you so much Rebecca for inspiring so many of us, the young, (like my daughter), the not so young, and the old, like me. God bless you!!

I love hammer curls but equally exercises that work your biceps and triceps. Through following your videos for almost 18 months I've lost so much weight, toned and gained quite a bit of muscle too. From ab and arm workouts to cardio. Thank you so much for being so inspiring and positive Rebecca! 💪🍎
Hi Rebecca! Love your arm workouts the most because that's my "trouble" spot. You asked me in another of your vids what my goals were...fat tends to accumulate around my triceps and it's proven nearly impossible to eliminate it. I'm 5'2", small frame, about 104 lbs. but can't get rid of the arm fat, even with healthy diet and continuous toning and exercise. I don't know what else to do at this point! Do I just need to lose more weight? Would LOVE your input ❤️
