I just wanna tell you that you constantly saying “tuck your hips under” during all your workouts, not just ab ones, has helped me so much and now I finally automatically do it without thinking. You’re the only trainer I’ve seen that constantly drills that into your head and it’s so necessary and helpful. Thank you

The tuck with the hips you mention has really enhanced my ab engagement. You’re a British bombshell , with super woman strength. I’m Essex uk, I love hearing your British accent coming through .....the eating disorder thing is also another reason to feel so encouraged by your videos. You are just so the best coach how I understand similar food and exercise issues. I’m advanced in working out. The food is a little lacking but I will sort out.

I came across Rebecca’s youtube channel in 2014 when she had Alphie, the dog, with her and until the summer of 2018 I followed her workouts a few times a week and I kept in tone throughout. However I had an accident , and broke my big toe that year and I could no longer do Rebecca’s mounting climbing post recovery due to the development of arthritis there. As of today however, she showed me the alternative of mountain climbing without using my toes. A big thank you!

Love love love this workout, I do it every time I have an ab day and I can tell a very obvious difference in my endurance! One questions though, when I do the flutter and scissor kicks I can’t seem to keep my legs straight, my knees always end up bending and I can’t hold them up. Any tips? Is this an issue with my flexibility or maybe strength or both?
