    I just wanna tell you that you constantly saying “tuck your hips under” during all your workouts, not just ab ones, has helped me so much and now I finally automatically do it without thinking. You’re the only trainer I’ve seen that constantly drills that into your head and it’s so necessary and helpful. Thank you

    loved this. I love that Rebecca talks the whole way through the exercises, it makes them go by so much faster and gives me something else to focus on than the burn

    I have shy'd away from my fitness goal. I saw this video and decided to just do it. I am glad that I did it. I did 500reps of ab and core exercises!

    The tuck with the hips you mention has really enhanced my ab engagement. You’re a British bombshell , with super woman strength. I’m Essex uk, I love hearing your British accent coming through .....the eating disorder thing is also another reason to feel so encouraged by your videos. You are just so the best coach how I understand similar food and exercise issues. I’m advanced in working out. The food is a little lacking but I will sort out.
    I love your style and would like to join your programme. I’ll be honest about what I do. I’m quite stubborn but need change. Where should I join and follow the best plan for me. I work myself too hard and too much. I need a food and workout plan. .

    I came across Rebecca’s youtube channel in 2014 when she had Alphie, the dog, with her and until the summer of 2018 I followed her workouts a few times a week and I kept in tone throughout. However I had an accident , and broke my big toe that year and I could no longer do Rebecca’s mounting climbing post recovery due to the development of arthritis there. As of today however, she showed me the alternative of mountain climbing without using my toes. A big thank you!

    I love your workouts! I hate to say it, but you are the first person in my 6 year fitness journey to teach me so seamlessly and easily how to keep my back to the ground, as it was always my biggest problem. Doing it 2nd week in a row, seeing a lot of results and loving it!

    Whew.. finished the whole thing! This is one of the most intensive workouts you have.. I love it... CAn't wait to have abs like yours! Also, I love how encouraging you are.... I like working out to Pamela Reif too, but you are my favorite. Because you are so motivational in your words.. You really keep me going listening to you!

    Love love love this workout, I do it every time I have an ab day and I can tell a very obvious difference in my endurance! One questions though, when I do the flutter and scissor kicks I can’t seem to keep my legs straight, my knees always end up bending and I can’t hold them up. Any tips? Is this an issue with my flexibility or maybe strength or both?
