You did not lose weight from working out right? From what I understand only diet & cardio will make you lose weight. Strength training will make you bigger or toned.

I lost 25 lb by following her videos. I started to do workout by watching her video on May 2019. In mean time i quite sugar, rice, and all kinds of junk food. If you are overweight just like I was in May 2019, you are more desperate to see the results. It is difficult to see the results in starting, but every workout counts. So stay positive and motivated.

Definitely #ICanFeelTheBurnRebecca .Can you please do arms and shoulders workout that is cervical spondylosis friendly because I do see change in my biceps but my neck and shoulders become stiff for days.
