Thou It's a real struggle to deal with back pain and my jiggly fat thighs which never becomes skinny but you totally inspire me to never stop and keep going. popalex97 what workouts did you do to get your abs? Are they the workout videos she posts? Everyone is talking about the calendar and I tried to check it out but it seems you have to pay and I don't have any money 😂
I love cats yes they are the workouts she post. I didn't just happend it took a long long time and consistency. Even I don't have her calendar because you have to pay for it and even I can't afford it 😂 But I take proteins in every meal and have breakfast filled with proteins. I only eat clear no junk no drinks. Only water and frequent meals.

- Day 1: this first time was a bit hard for me, I had to pause for a second once during the video. But I do #feeltheburn :)

- Day 2: I did it twice today. Once in the morning, and once in the night. I don't really notice a big difference in my stomach yet, but it is a bit more toned than usual tonight. Also the exercise was actually a bit easier to do, and I didn't have to pause the workout once.

- Day 3: I know Rebecca said to take a break but my family insisted on getting pizza so I wanted to do this 😂. I only did it once but I noticed that many of the exercises got annoy easier! Along with healthier eating I can see a bit of Abbs peaking thru 😄

- Day five: i decided not to do this today bc Rebacca said to take a break from it. Instead I tried out the ten minute calorie burner from XHIT. It was really hard and I sweat a lot. MY Abbs are starting to peak thru. I am also going to try and eat a bit healthier.

You'll do great! It's best to switch up your exercises and give the abs a rest day :)

Ola B it took about 7months. At the beginning I worked out for 30min, then up to 2hours,6 times in a week. But that's extreme. Now I work out for an hour and I do different body parts at different days. ( abs and arms / legs and butt) and I add some weights. My favorites are: arm workout with weights, abs intense, 6pack abs and how to lose love handles, miley cyrus leg workout, lift and tone your butt, booty burn, hiit workout...and many more😵👍🏻but you should eat clean as well. Good luck. You can do it😊💪🏻

I've never watched an ab workout video before and I looked them up on UA-cam and just found yours and I was so impressed! I feel like I got an hour workout in 10 minutes and you were so motivational which helped a lot, definitely going to use your videos for future workouts!
