1! Abs are my favorite so I work them often. Consequently, I need some new and challenging exercises to actually FEEL THE BURN. This video definitely targeted my lower abs. Loved it!

I did this exercise for about a month and half, I did this after a 20/40 minutes cardio depending on the day. I did it 5 or 6 days a week, now I can see the results, I got rid of most of the muffin top now, very leased with the results, can wear my skinny jeans now.

I started back working out only a few weeks now after not doing anything for a couple years because I’d developed a lot of joint pain. Your routines are very doable despite the pain, and I’m planning to stick with regular exercise from now on. So thank you so much again!!
