- Hey guys, here is a workout that is going to target your abs and help get them flat and defined. Try these for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest in between and try and push yourself to complete all the rounds.

I did this everyday for 4 days along with some weight lefting and i lost 1 kg . Ill keep guys updated

So its definitly more flat than before and i feel so much stronger but i did this plus some cardio at the gym
OMG , iam starting this workout wish me luck..If u want results after a week just like this comment 😊😊❤️(i started 2 days before writing this so..😂) today was 4th day of my “journey” and I absolutely can see change, it’s more flatter,so don’t be afraid to try it!! The key is to push hard!!❤️(gonna inform you more don’t worry 😉)

I always hate doing abs no matter how often I do some excercises but I always get through. those workouts are my faves as you do all the rounds with us and it doesn't end after one round. keep this type up please.
This like the best workout abs i’ve done so far. It killed me on the first day but I’m already seeing results. Thank you so much.I’ll update in a week.
Update: im on my 4th day and the results are really great so far. Eating healthy and drinking lots of water is also a must. I’ll update later.
Update 1st week: I didn’t do it just for a day but even so I managed to lose 2 pounds (with a healthy diet) and my abs are showing a lot im really impressed! Thank you so much and I recommend it!

I'm doing this workout every day for four days now and I'm really curious to see the results. I'll update this comment after I finish my first and second week, if anybody wants.
Update after week 1:
Today is the 7th day after I started doing this workout. First, I need to tell that I have really bad stamina and I couldn't finish all the exercises properly, but I pushed myself as much as I could. I can't see the abs yet, but I can feel them. When I tense my belly it's really hard! And every day I could do more and more of the exercises, so it improves my stamina a little too. I'm so happy! Looking forward to the next week.
Update after 1 month:
So in the end I decided to update after a month, not after week 2 because I saw it was going to take a little more time. Now I can happily say that I can see my abs but only when I tense my belly and it's not a culturist muscles but they are there. FYI I dind't have any healthy diet or anything cause I didn't really feel need to do that (my height is 170cm and weight 53kg) and it did work in the end. And to not forget I also did her low intensity workout before this one every time.

2nd day I did this after cardio! Loved adding this to my daily routine, feels amazing even though I'm on my period and struggling with cramps. Amazing job, Danielle! You're such an inspiration! Now having a shower and then I'll grab some dinner, yesss!

Hi Danielle ! 2 years ago, i started doing your workout videos and get a really good result. There were others but i liked yours, and i get in a body shape which i wanted thanks to you in just 1 month.After a while i had to stop doing for 1 year. Now i started to go to a gym but i've just realised that you are the best to burn calories with lots of fun ! So today it became the first thing i did when i came home from gym ! Best ab workout I’ve ever done.
Needed a little break between the second and the third round, but then I picked it up again and just those little steps are the ones that matter. Trying to do three rounds before a break the next time!
Just got back into working out after having baby. Used to do this workout after 30 min elliptical and had noticeable results after 2 weeks.
This is a great compound abs workout. (Used to do it 5 days/ week and will try again and can update if anyone wants).

It's worse the next day after you are sore from the first OMG. I'm dead.. I only did 2 sets and its still very effective

I just started today. I finished 3 rounds but the first round killed me quickly. It's hard but I hope it can help me with my body.
How often should we do this and how long does it take 2 see effective results?

I have a very common after-pregnancy problem: weak lower abdomen and i pee whenever i make high jumps ( like in one of your programs called 7minute quick workout). Hey Danielle, I really like this video and appreciate all the efforts that you put in. I just have one suggestion/ concern. If you are able to choose when the ads come on in your videos (start, middle or end) can you please make sure its not in the middle of the exercise? I need to skip ad while I am working out 😅 I don't mind in the beginning though.
I'm not sure, but if you download the video and when you work out you switch off the network then the ads might not interrupt you

Can you tell us the tips for plank? I hate planks and I can never do that. But I still want to strengthen my abs. Any suggestions?
C Planks are very effective and one of the best ab strengthening exercises. You may not feel like you can do it now (I was on the same boat) but trust me, the more you work on it, the longer you will be able to hold it. I would suggest starting from holding to 30 seconds then building up from there as it gets easier over time.
