This really works! I'm 46, short and was always avoiding to see my legs in the mirror until I started this workout. Now 6 weeks in, I never had lean legs as now! HOLY COW DOES THIS WORK 😍😍 I wasn't even doing it a week before I saw results and by results I mean like muscles forming and toning that I didn't even know where there. I flex my calf and this big ole thing pops out on the front of my leg. This has helped with the cellulite I was trying to get rid of. It tones like you wouldn't believe. I've taken these exercises and rather than doing them with the video anymore, I just do 20 sets of each when I'm watching TV or something and I do them a few times a day. Anyone looking to try, TRY!!! ❤️

A.S vlogs I was around 110 lbs, I did this exercise in combination with healthier eating. I cut out soda, candy, chips completely, and ate packaged and fatty foods sparingly

I'm petite so this workout has been giving me the results I wanted and need for my legs; Lean without overbulking up the inner thigh (as a lot of leg work outs tend to do to me) and yes, the THIGH GAP I haven't seen since in a while 😁 It will definitely challenge you and make you sweat if done correctly 👍

You look incredible but I feel the title is a little misleading. You can't lean out legs by working legs. You lean out by losing overall body fat and it's not targeted by what you exercise. You grow muscles by exercising them and reveal them more as fat is lost. This is what creates the toned look. It's hard to get bulky or big with bodyweight movements! All things you probably already know of course, but worth mentioning for those who might get confused.
This is a favourite leg workout. I'm sweating by the time I'm doing round 2. & my thighs and calves take 3 days to be pain-free before I can resume any leg exercise.
I love the style of your workouts. It is similar to another workout I used to do but I like yours better. The repetition is really good! Thanks for the awesome workouts!

After the first workout my legs were shaking and soar that last rep was tough but I made it man I'm out of shape going to try this😁👍👍 New years resolution get fit and in shape healthy body here I come🤗😁
will be doing this everyday. did it yesterday for the first time, it is easy. little bit problem cause i dont have enouogh space in my room xD i am also doing 25min cardio combo everyday and go to gym 3-4 times a week. also eat very healthy. hope to see good results soon :D about me and cardio: i die after 2min of running and cant jump the rope longer than 2 mins, so you know that i suck at it and i still did it without problem. it is fun to do ;)
Update: had an accident at the gym. Was lifting weights and some guy screamed. Got scared and phuck my reflexes.....hurt my knee. So I will take rest from this today. But did all other exercises that dont involve knees xD will continue tomorrow. For now it is good. I feel awesome doing this.
@@rollodaniella8152 my legs are still terrible...but. Im doing it but slower and without hard jumps or deep lunges. I can see difference. I Dont have that much fat anymore and . My skin is not so soft like before. But I believe it is because of the gym and my healthty eating and not this.
If you don’t have a foam roller for your legs you can also use a rolling pin. My sister does ballet and always uses one to stop the ache in her legs :)

Bla Bla basically the hospital said I wasn’t aloud to do jumps because of my broken wrist because it would jolt the bone and the jumps are because I’m an Irish dancer

Bhavna Jain I’m a dancer so I have pretty strong calves. These exercises will burn excess fat and slim your legs, but not necessarily building the muscles. Although your calves will look slightly bigger bc you’re burning fat, it won’t make them look bulky. If you’re still worried, stretching after a workout will help ensure not to bulk up the muscles.

I took ballet for years, and i loved this, It reminded me of the deep conditioning we did in class. You have great dancer form 👌

Great studio but there's no way an old lady like me can do these. I also have balance problems and knees that scream "STOP!"

You should be avoiding squats and lunges, they will just make your thighs even bigger.
