goal: reduce as much as possible.
Day 1: done...! gosh, my heart is racing
Day2 and Day 3: got caught up with school work...couldn't do it..
Day4: done! feels just like the first day...
Day5: done! thought of giving up but still pushed through it!

Angellea Lampa I try to do this everyday or at least for 5 days (from monday to friday), sometimes I do this one in the morning and then the other video in the afternoon! Sure, I'll update on everything ;) (I can say that my legs are more toned already and I've only been doing this for two weeks)

Today, I'm so proud of myself. A year ago, this workout was my first attempt to try and work out. It was the hardest thing I've ever done😂 After a year of running, working out by myself at home 3 times a week, I have finally managed to do this work out without wanting to stop and faint. Kira Wu same, the first day I did it, which was yesterday, I stopped at the 4 minute mark but today I actually managed to get through the whole video! I was dying to be fair 😂 but I felt so much better!

Hello! This actually works! Ever since quarantine started I gained a lot. I'm chubby, and I weigh 135lbs then when pandemic arrived I checked my weigh again (Sept 20) 165lbs I wasn't happy. I really have this yoyo diet, my lowest weight was 110lbs and that was 6 yrs ago 😅 anyway, I do this everyday with proper diet, and I already lost 5lbs.
Breakfast - biscuit, boiled egg, banana
Lunch - boiled egg & vegetables
Dinner - banana
When you get hungry eat one pack of biscuit. It's just discipline 😊

Also drinks lots of water!

To anyone looking for a comment saying this actually works..I ASSURE YOU IT DOES. I have been working out for a few months now and I do this video 1.5 times as a part of my cardio routine. I have lost around 7 kgs. It’s perfect. :)
Edit - I’m able to do it thrice without stopping now!
I do this once a day but add, 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats, 40 leg raises, 1 wall sit and plank for 1 minute. You feel great afterwards!

Started doing this one about 2 years ago when I wanted to get toned, did it everyday and only slightly changed my diet but still ate everything I wanted can confirm that this does work wonders and I still do it to this day it gets so much easier every time but still manages to break me into a sweat, thank you so much for this! I also dieted( 1 boiled egg and fruit for breakfast, green pepper and some veggies for lunch, and baked chicken with a green veggie for dinner I ate the same thing everyday and did the same workout that came from this video and I lost 30lbs in one month

I hope this works , I sweated so much , which means I'm getting the toxins out of my body ,which makes it easier to lose weight . It was really fun , and it was my first time and it wasn't too hard, I'm keep you updated in a week or so

I'm 12 and 200 pounds. I've decided to get back into a healthy lifestyle. I'm going to be doing this workout twice per day 6 days a week, along with walking 7ish miles per day and doing the workout playlist I created twice per day. If u guys want to see it it's on my channel. I will also be trying out a thing called subliminals trying to enhance my stamina and metabolism.

I honestly have to say that Lisa looks a bit too skinny for my liking but I know what you mean...those girls really have dream bodies, each and every one of them :') I even have pictures of IU hanging on my wall for motivation xD
