Today, I'm so proud of myself. A year ago, this workout was my first attempt to try and work out. It was the hardest thing I've ever done😂 After a year of running, working out by myself at home 3 times a week, I have finally managed to do this work out without wanting to stop and faint. Bethany Forreeaals!! one time there was literally nothing in the cupboard for a whole week so I was like “ok guess I might as well start my diet since there’s nothing here to temp me” So I told my mum I’m going on a diet .... deadset came home from school the next day and there were muffins, cookies/biscuits, donuts, coke and a whole damn cake waiting for me 🤔😅😭
I do this once a day but add, 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats, 40 leg raises, 1 wall sit and plank for 1 minute. You feel great afterwards!
Hello! This actually works! Ever since quarantine started I gained a lot. I'm chubby, and I weigh 135lbs then when pandemic arrived I checked my weigh again (Sept 20) 165lbs I wasn't happy. I really have this yoyo diet, my lowest weight was 110lbs and that was 6 yrs ago 😅 anyway, I do this everyday with proper diet, and I already lost 5lbs. Breakfast - biscuit, boiled egg, banana Lunch - boiled egg & vegetables Dinner - banana When you get hungry eat one pack of biscuit. It's just discipline 😊 (Im not a dietician or nutritionist) Also drinks lots of water!

I avoid exercise classes/videos as I have 0 coordination but nearly 6 months after having my second baby it's time for a reality check!!! Took me 2 years to lose the baby weight from my 1st and I'm determined not to leave it that long this time! I found this really easy to follow with simple steps and no one shouting at me lol. I'm absolutely shattered after that and a 15 minute work out at my local outdoor gym. If I can do this a few times a week surely the weight will begin to shift?!?!?

I also dieted( 1 boiled egg and fruit for breakfast, green pepper and some veggies for lunch, and baked chicken with a green veggie for dinner I ate the same thing everyday and did the same workout that came from this video and I lost 30lbs in one month
im crying this had my bones cracking, heart pumping very fast and my body feels like collapsing and to think that these steps arent that hard or complicated brrrrrruh i've been lying on my bed my whole life
just remember to take it easy and DO NOT push your body over your limits! anyone can reach their goals, but we all have our own limitations and ways to get there. with discipline, consistency and a healthy diet along with your workout, you'll see an improvement in no time! =) also remember to breathe throughout your workout and drink plenty of water =) I'm no expert though, these are just tips I've gathered and general recommendations

this has been my go to dance workout for the past 8 years. everytime I start working out again this is the first thing that I go to and it has been the best thing ever.
i do this routine almost everyday for about 2 months and it is really help me losing weight! i lost for about 4 kg but I combine it with a healthy diet too! thanks!!

This is seriously so helpful. I can see my legs change and my arms. Doing this over a 20 mins routine, I can see better results and this is definitely an amazing one. 🤗🤗

I avoid exercise classes/videos as I have 0 coordination but nearly 6 months after having my second baby it's time for a reality check!!! Took me 2 years to lose the baby weight from my 1st and I'm determined not to leave it that long this time! I found this really easy to follow with simple steps and no one shouting at me lol. I'm absolutely shattered after that and a 15 minute work out at my local outdoor gym. If I can do this a few times a week surely the weight will begin to shift?!?!?

Llovesmakeup21 yes i did it once a day plus 20 minutes on the treadmil. i also went to the gym three times a week and did ab workouts. honestly, i was probably being unsafe so i wouldn’t recommend being as harsh as i was.

marmndc Well. I also did ONLY this workout but I did it twice a day for a month. I also dieted( 1 boiled egg and fruit for breakfast, green pepper and some veggies for lunch, and baked chicken with a green veggie for dinner I ate the same thing everyday and did the same workout that came from this video and I lost 30lbs in one month

im crying this had my bones cracking, heart pumping very fast and my body feels like collapsing and to think that these steps arent that hard or complicated brrrrrruh i've been lying on my bed my whole life
just remember to take it easy and DO NOT push your body over your limits! anyone can reach their goals, but we all have our own limitations and ways to get there. with discipline, consistency and a healthy diet along with your workout, you'll see an improvement in no time! =) also remember to breathe throughout your workout and drink plenty of water =) I'm no expert though, these are just tips I've gathered and general recommendations

This is such a good help for someone who doesn't like to go to the gym... I rather just work out at home, going for walks or looking for some fun workout videos on UA-cam :) this is so helpful, and gets me motivated to start working out again ^^
