      Angellea Lampa I try to do this everyday or at least for 5 days (from monday to friday), sometimes I do this one in the morning and then the other video in the afternoon! Sure, I'll update on everything ;) (I can say that my legs are more toned already and I've only been doing this for two weeks)

    okay here's my workout journey
    i am gonna be doing this till the lockdown is over.
    current weight:49
    goal: reduce as much as possible.
    Day 1: done...! gosh, my heart is racing
    Day2 and Day 3: got caught up with school work...couldn't do it..
    Day4: done! feels just like the first day...
    Day5: done! thought of giving up but still pushed through it!
    like this so that i don't forget to update

    Today, I'm so proud of myself. A year ago, this workout was my first attempt to try and work out. It was the hardest thing I've ever done😂 After a year of running, working out by myself at home 3 times a week, I have finally managed to do this work out without wanting to stop and faint. I'm so proud of myself. Danielle, thank you for saying: "keep pushing". I pushed myself and I did it! 💕
    P.S. I'm writing this trying not to drop any sweat on my phone😂

    I didn't believe this would actually be hard but I started running out of breath after only 3 minutes. Only 3 minutes. This is how out of shape I am but I'm determined to change that this year. The workout was super fun!

      Kira Wu same, the first day I did it, which was yesterday, I stopped at the 4 minute mark but today I actually managed to get through the whole video! I was dying to be fair 😂 but I felt so much better!

    Started doing this one about 2 years ago when I wanted to get toned, did it everyday and only slightly changed my diet but still ate everything I wanted can confirm that this does work wonders and I still do it to this day it gets so much easier every time but still manages to break me into a sweat, thank you so much for this!     Whenever I try to lose weight my parents decide to give me cakes, biscuits, cola, takeaway, muffins ect. 😂😅

      Bethany Forreeaals!! one time there was literally nothing in the cupboard for a whole week so I was like “ok guess I might as well start my diet since there’s nothing here to temp me” So I told my mum I’m going on a diet .... deadset came home from school the next day and there were muffins, cookies/biscuits, donuts, coke and a whole damn cake waiting for me 🤔😅😭

    I do this once a day but add, 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats, 40 leg raises, 1 wall sit and plank for 1 minute. You feel great afterwards!

      Why wouldn't that work? She's doing resistance training, building muscle along with cardio. That's a perfect combination.

    Hello! This actually works! Ever since quarantine started I gained a lot. I'm chubby, and I weigh 135lbs then when pandemic arrived I checked my weigh again (Sept 20) 165lbs I wasn't happy. I really have this yoyo diet, my lowest weight was 110lbs and that was 6 yrs ago 😅 anyway, I do this everyday with proper diet, and I already lost 5lbs.
    Breakfast - biscuit, boiled egg, banana
    Lunch - boiled egg & vegetables
    Dinner - banana
    When you get hungry eat one pack of biscuit. It's just discipline 😊
    (Im not a dietician or nutritionist)
    Also drinks lots of water!

    To anyone looking for a comment saying this actually works..I ASSURE YOU IT DOES. I have been working out for a few months now and I do this video 1.5 times as a part of my cardio routine. I have lost around 7 kgs. It’s perfect. :)
    Edit - I’m able to do it thrice without stopping now!

    I was 55kg in the last month..I used to do it 1 hour every day..(continuing this upto an hour) but now after exact 30 days I'm 46 now....really a great one.....❤️❤️...

    I hate running, lifting weights, machines, anything like that. I got burnt out a long time ago & now I’m out of shape so bad I feel like I’ll never be able to get back to where I was... but I didn’t even notice the time going by while watching this video.       I do other workouts as well, which are more demanding, but I'm sure doing it everday will show some effect on your stomach :)

    I'm so glad to finally do it at once. I have been doing this for quite some days now but I could never finish it together. I used to take two-three minutes break every time. now that I've completed it at once, I'm so HAPPY!
    haven't seen any results though because of my eating habits. gotta work on that x

    I avoid exercise classes/videos as I have 0 coordination but nearly 6 months after having my second baby it's time for a reality check!!! Took me 2 years to lose the baby weight from my 1st and I'm determined not to leave it that long this time! I found this really easy to follow with simple steps and no one shouting at me lol. I'm absolutely shattered after that and a 15 minute work out at my local outdoor gym. If I can do this a few times a week surely the weight will begin to shift?!?!?

    I hope this works , I sweated so much , which means I'm getting the toxins out of my body ,which makes it easier to lose weight . It was really fun , and it was my first time and it wasn't too hard, I'm keep you updated in a week or so

      So I've already lost 7 pounds in 9 days, guys this works , but I cut out soda but even before I wasn't drinking soda much , anyway I cut out sugar any thing junk food, and I feel I lot better and thinner, so I'm 15 5.5 and I'm a girl I'm 162 , now I'm 155. It works

      Llovesmakeup21 yes i did it once a day plus 20 minutes on the treadmil. i also went to the gym three times a week and did ab workouts. honestly, i was probably being unsafe so i wouldn’t recommend being as harsh as i was.

      marmndc Well. I also did ONLY this workout but I did it twice a day for a month. I also dieted( 1 boiled egg and fruit for breakfast, green pepper and some veggies for lunch, and baked chicken with a green veggie for dinner I ate the same thing everyday and did the same workout that came from this video and I lost 30lbs in one month

      just remember to take it easy and DO NOT push your body over your limits! anyone can reach their goals, but we all have our own limitations and ways to get there. with discipline, consistency and a healthy diet along with your workout, you'll see an improvement in no time! =) also remember to breathe throughout your workout and drink plenty of water =) I'm no expert though, these are just tips I've gathered and general recommendations

      One week later, haven't got access to my scales at the moment but I have been doing this twice a day and it defiantly makes you sweat. I feel better in my self already. Can't notice anything yet but it takes time. Will update in a week when I have my scales also

    This is such a good help for someone who doesn't like to go to the gym... I rather just work out at home, going for walks or looking for some fun workout videos on UA-cam :) this is so helpful, and gets me motivated to start working out again ^^

    Day 1: ok great did it really killed me
    Day 2: it hurts a little from yesterday but i am fine did it today too.
    Day 3: did not do it had no energy sorry:(

    i love these kind of workouts! i love dancing but im trying to incorporate more cardio into my workouts because i just get so bored doing normal cardio workouts but this kind of stuff is so much more fun for me! could you please do more like this perhaps ones that are 30-45mins long?? thanks xx
