Does anyone have another workout that’s kinda like a builder up to this one? The standing up portion was great!! I’m not strong enough yet for the floor ones though, anyone have tips so that I️ can build up to that point?

what if you can't do the second half cause a medical condition does it still work?
I got told not to bring my elbows in towards my face when they're either side of your head when doing sit ups?
