This is the first exercise video that I could follow! The moves are simple enough that I can do them without trying to figure out which limb goes where. The only one I struggle with is the dance move so I do the side run instead. It is also just the right length.

I did this workout after watching this video and i’m definitely gonna do it tomorrow,,, i have been practicing basketball since i was 7 years old and now i’m 17 years old but i have a problem and that’s i get tired easily and i don’t know if it’s because of the kind of food i eat or because of what? What do i do

whats the best time for exercise as i get some free time after dinner thats around 10 pm is it fine to do exercise after dinner
syedasamreen rabbani hi, it is recommended you do not workout before sleep. Your heart rate is up after a session and hence, you'll have trouble sleeping. Also, if you finish dinner by 10, you'll need to wait for at least an hour or an hour and a half before you can workout. You'll lose on sleep time this way. How about you try doing it some other time of the day, say mornings? :)

Make sure you eat very well porriage in morning, plenty fruit, vegatbles, boiled or poached egg for lunch no toast, dinner salmon and two potatos veg or quiche or omelete those are the healthiest meals too have. no pudding chocolate ect. 1 hour exercise daily but leave 1 or two rest days so you don';t overdo it. Dance workout and run or cycle. Hope this helps! Diet is 80 % important then exercise 20%! you can't out run a bad diet! Kirst xxx Good Luck! P.s I am trying to loose weight too! Aiming for a stone!
Am I the only one who thinks that she looks like she has put on some weight? Or intentionally on the thighs and butt???
That's really not ur problem tho. Be happy she's helping people with those workouts;)
