    I have so much appreciation for Pamela, no talking, no annoying intro, actual good music, not stupidly hard and genuinely fun. This is the only work out I’ve actually kept to and had motivation to do. First started doing this around July 2020 and it’s worked a treat for my stamina and confidence

    Finished the throwback day and it made me realize how far I've come in my workout journey. I use to only do one or two 10 minutes or under video every so often. Now I do the 45 minutes sweat schedule. To anyone that need to hear this, don't give up, keep going you got this!!! 😊💪❤

      Doing the throwback day today (Indian subcontinent)! Hopefully it isn’t as painful as it seems, as for the fitness journey, I totally agree; I did the 20 min full body intense last year for the first time and I died; now I am able to crack the 60 min hardcore plan without taking too many breaks. Pamela reif really pushed you to be your best

    Who is still sweating with Pam in 2023 ?? After doing other people’s workouts for years I started creating my own. For me my own workouts are the most fun and unique. If you have a little energy left after this workout, it would mean a lot to me of you try one of my workouts too.

    I remember a few years ago I did this workout 2 times a day for a few months straight, and I got a 4-pack (in addition with a few varied exercises). I haven't been consistent with exercising for a while and my muscle mass has gone down, so now I'm doing this workout again, hopefully up to twice a day eventually. Out of all the workout videos I tried, Pamela's always kill your muscles in the best way. Trust me when I say you'll get results from this workout, because you will. The better you get, maybe incorporate weights or focus better on your technique when doing the workout. I'm re-visiting this workout to get back to my goal with my core strength. If I can do it, you can do it. Keep pushing towards your goal! Don't be discouraged now, remember that you are building your muscles and strength! :)

    Ok...am gonna do this exercise for 2 weeks✌🏻... Am already having abs but i want them to be more intense ...

    Day 1 : ✅ completed ✌🏻it was so hard... Without any break 🥺🥵🥵
    Day 2 : ✅ those side planks qre extremely tough 🥵... But i will still do them... This exercise is the hardest one😂... I did Chloe tings 2 weeks challenge and it really works... I also did emi wongs exercises,.. they worked but not that much, but emi's workout is best for beginners...✌🏻
    Day 3 : ✅ those side planks 🥵🥺
    Day 4 : ✅ now those planks are getting quite easy for me😁✌🏻.. and first 6 exercise are really a fat burner 🥵🥺
    Day 5 : ✅ It's to hot today 🥵🥵🥵☀️☀️🏜️🏜️... And am very very very very very very very very sweaty 😂... But i did it✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
    Day 6 : ✅ ohh myy goodd😂 1 more day to complete 1 week😱😂.... My abs are getting more and more visible day by day 😱😱😱😂😇🥳🎉🎉 let's wait for the final results 😋
    Day 7 : ✅ omg Omg 😱😱
    We did it🤩🤩🤩🤩🎉🎉 1 weekk
    And trust me my six abs are literally looking.... Just 1 more week to get my abs even more visible... But if you want you can do it only for a week... And trust me you will definitely see the results 😋
    Anyways lets celebrate 🥂🥂
    Day 8 : ✅ 1 day of my last week🤩
    Day 9 : ✅and am dying 🤣🤣
    But....my abs😍❤️... are getting more visible 🥳💗
    Day 10 : ✅ looorrrdd😂... It was easy... In the starting i use to Pause the video after every 2 exercises... But now, 🤩... I pause after 4 or 5 exercises and can do them continuosly 😝💕💕✌🏻✌🏻
    Day 11 : ✅ it was easy today 😃❤️ just 3 more days to gooo🥳🥳🥳
    Day 12 : ✅ 2 more days😁😁.... And my six pack are more visible now
    Am so happy 🤩🤩😇😋
    Day 13 : ✅ just one more day😱😱... My six packs🤩🤩❤️♥️💛🧡🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 yepppyyy am so happy 😊

    Now let's talk about the results 😋
    Before -
    Waist : 33 inches
    Abs : i did Chloe ting's two week challenge that's why they were quite more visible
    ..
    After -
    Waist : 30 inches🎉... My tummy was almost gone after Chloe ting's workout... Soo not a much bigger effect on my tummy... Now its in a perfect shape 🌟
    Abs : i got my six abs 🤩❤️...and my lower belly is also gone🧡🧡🧡
    I would highly recommend this workout... It really really really works.. if you want those stunning abs... Then do this... But if you are a beginner then go for emi wong first 😊
    Diet - i didn't followed any strict diet... I east normally... Like a normal Indian 😂😄🌟🧡
    I love this 2 week challenge.

      I just completed chloe Ting's 28 days summer shred workout. I did loose some weight (67 to 63/64)but no so much change visible on my body specially on my abs. Now want to try out some more. Who would you think has more effective workout plans? Chloe Ting or Pamela Reif?
      Moreover have you seen any progress?

    wow! i did this workout after almost a year... been following Pamela's newer abs workout (killer abs, abs with bottles,weight, chair etc etc) I remember when i used to struggle with this one, and now it's so much easier, did not need a break, did not need modifications! keep going guys, it gets better!!

    Love the workout!!! Amazing, Pamela! Such elegance, effortless... I have been doing it for a month and can really see some results! Managed to do it without breaks and started feeling it got easy. Then stopped for 2 weeks, came back and almost died doing it again haha

    Doing this after a long time, shows me how much Pams workouts have improved! I missed the 3 second countdown so bad and accidentally stopped after the elbow plan :D I was so confused that there was more! Still love it, but not longer my all time favorite :)

    I feel like everyone commenting that chloe ting workouts didn’t work but pamela’s did, your body got stronger with chloe’s workouts and pamela’s slightly harder workout toned you! Like opening a pickle jar after all your siblings tried really hard at opening it before you... it was loosened! :)

      That’s exactly how I feel! I would NOT be able to do any of Pamela’s workouts had I not done Chloe Ting’s workouts first. The biggest difference I’m noticing right away is that Chloe has breaks and everyday kinda incorporates the whole body, and Pamela has no breaks and has more days that focus solely on one part of the body. I’m glad I’m doing the 30 minute a day schedule though because Chloe’s 15 Day Intense Core Challenge DRAINED me.

    My waist is noticeably smaller and wayyy more toned than before😁Sometimes I get bored so I do other ab workouts but I make sure to do this one especially... Also I had one rest day...
    ✔️24 April... week 2
    This week I wasn't really consistent... I skipped a lot of days... My waist didn't really change because of it tho... My stomach still has its noticeable lines and my core is stronger... Like all around it's soo hard....it's just covered with a layer of fat🙃
    ✔️1 May.... week 3
    My waist is soo much smaller!!! It feels so tiny in my hands😍... My obliques are showing beautifully... The side fat is mostly gone except for my love handles tho... That's gonna take some time but I have still have time.. So excited!! And thanks for the motivation guys❤️
    ✔️8 May... week 4
    This is my results after a month...
    🔹Waist: 64, 5cm / 25, 3inch
    🔸Pooch: 77cm / 30, 3inch
    🔹Lost on waist: 2, 5cm / 1inch
    🔸Lost on pooch: 2cm / 0, 8inch
    I didn't eat healthier.. I only drank water/coffee... Eating my everyday food but not overeating... I didn't stop myself from eating all that deliciousness🙃... Also I didn't do cardio.. just ab workouts so I'm actually surprised by the results!!!
    ✔️15 May... week 5
    Soo my core is STRONG.... Like without even flexing I can feel the hardness underneath, but when I do flex it's ROCK HARD😋.. My lines are more distinct... I don't think my pooch is gonna change that much, but I'll try other workouts for it and update next week!
    ✔️22 May... week 6
    Ok guys... my period started this week so I did not do this workout... Someone in the comments asked about my love handles.. I forgot I also had measurements for them... 🔹Love handles...
    Before: 85cm / 33, 4inch
    After: 82, 5cm / 32, 4inch
    My side muscles strengthened a lot and as you can see it got smaller, but there is still a bit of love handles left... I'll increase the time for the side planks for a week to see if it'll make more of a difference!!
    ✔️29 May... week 7
    Soo my love handles measurements stayed the same, but I have big hip dips so that's the reason why my love handles looks so much bigger compared to my waist (I didn't really take my body shape into account when trying to reduce measurements)... And also after feeling around, I don't really have a lot of fat there soo (for me) I actually have the right amount of fat on my hips... I don't wanna lose anymore centimeters so I'm happy with it😁 So yess I have lost my love handles ig🙃
    ✔️5 June... week 8
    I have to say I'm SOO HAPPY!!! My stomach is TONED UP! I really wish I could post a picture cause the before and after is totally crazy!! My stomach is definitely smaller and the muscles underneath is VERY VERY HARD... The lines are more prominent and the middle one runs all the way through now!! BUUUUTTT without a proper diet my skin isn't going to get tighter and my abs aren't going to show!!! Soo if you wanna look like chloe ting one day... EAT HEALTHY!!
    Also remember: not everyone is built the same... Your body may take longer to show results or it may never get as small as another person's... Never give up because of it tho!! I always did abs for 2 weeks and then gave up because there were no results, but look!!! 2 months!! And it's the best my stomach has ever been!
    My results after 2 months...
    🔸Waist: 65cm / 25, 5inch
    🔹Pooch: 76cm / 29, 9inch
    I'm not gonna lie and say I didn't skip a lot of days😁 I'm really proud of these measurements and I don't really wanna get smaller (if I do then I'll eat healthier😉).. Thank you for the motivation you all gave me!! I'm not gonna be updating anymore, but I hope this was enough for you guys to keep on going❤️❤️

    Here is my experience while doing this workout :
    ☆ When I first time tried, my mostly skipped part is the plank one. I have a weird body type, on top of my body part is normal but the below one like my legs is fat. So, it'll be VERY heavy when doing the plank one. It's been like months I've been doing this, and now I can do the plank part!
    ☆ Abs! Slowly I began to have abs on my stumy :D Even though it's still small but one day I will get it!
    ☆ Not forgetting about my strength, I feel like I can punch someone lol (but I wouldn't do that obviously XD). I feel a lot more power in my body, even though I still have my illness but working out really motivated me A LOT.
    I will update more when there's an improvement!
    Pamela's video really motivate me for not giving up on my own body, really thank you for saving my life

    i've tried doing this workout for a few weeks but ended up doing it 3 times. but since we're in quarantine it's gonna be a lot easier becuase i have time. i'm also gonna do a slimmer leg workout. ( i'm doing this for 30 days )
    height: 176 cm/ 5'9
    Weight: about 60 kg/ 131-132 pounds
    goal: 58 kg.
    day 1: the leg workout i did was quite easy so i gave me to the max with this workout. My belly feels kinda of normal but my arms are so sore. I love everything in this workout except the planks ( i really hate planks lol )
    day 2: my arms are sore again. This workout is really making me sweat (which i love, since it must mean i've done something ) I was so tired today 'cause i had online class this morning and I went to bed at 4 am ( couldn't sleep lol ) obvously no result yet.
    day 3: i just came home from my grandparents horse that i ride 2 times a week ( today was one of the days ) pretty much the same as the other days.
    day 4: oh god this is so hard jesus christ. The planks are definitely my biggest challenge. I'm starting to get the first 5 minutes under control, but the rest are sooo hard. But i already lost 1 kg ( and i eat everything i want. If you have a goal and really want to loose weight you should definitely go down on the sugar. But i'm doing this because i just want to see what i'm able to and try and change a little bit :)
    Day 5: this is still hard af.
    Day 6: I was riding the horse again today and she took a lot of my energi - still did this tho. didn't go all in but i'm just happy that i did it.
    day 7: today i also did 2 leg workouts. I feel like i'm getting better with the planks but they're still hard af.
    day 8: i added 5 new videos to my daily workout - but atm i'm focusing a lot on legs which means i'm only gonna do this every second day. i'll still update when i do this :)
    day 9: as i said before, i'm only gonna do this every second day. But today was the day so here i am. I'm feeling stronger in the planks ( still a few breaks in between which is totally fine!) my belly has gotten so much flatter

    Aaah it‘s the first time i completed the whole workout without a break! I just started doing this workout for a month and in the beginning i failwd at almost every exercise! I‘m not trying to brag but i just want to tell you that you can do it. You just have to work hard and you‘ll achieve your goals. I hope this can motivate someone to work hard and not to give up.       Havvanur Coskun nicht wirklich. Aber ich sag mal, da ich vorher nicht unfit war überrascht es mich nicht. Und ausserdem muss man ja natürlich auch die ernährung umstellen damit ein sixpack sichtbar wird um den Körperfettanteil zu reduzieren und das habe ich nicht gemacht, da es mir mehr um leistung als aussehen geht.

      Silviana Ho just begin eazy with 5 seconds but not during the workout because its too hard then. When 5 seconds are too eazy then make 20. If its hard then make 20 seconds everyday and After a while it will get easier. Then you rise it slowly

      It's because you're right-handed. You use your right arm/leg more than your left-side.

      Read the description, Pam said that as long as you need a break then take it, so why not actually take a 10sec rest or something then keep going? You're still gonna do great

    I have been exercising on the Pamela exercise program for about 5 months, although I can not do all the movements completely, but now after 5 months I have lost 22 kg.

    For all the people searching for motivation to start this workout: IT'S WORTH IT!
    This is the workout with the fastest results I've ever tried. So just start doing it, it will get easier....

    For me still the hardest ab workout Pamela has created so far. I hate and love it at the same time.
