  • I've been reading your comments and have seen so many of you ask for an arm workout so here is a pretty tough video for you to try. If you don't have weights you can use anything that will be slightly heavy in your hand, a water bottle will be perfect for you to use! Make sure you use the 10 second rest between each exercise and try to stick it our until the end to really get the most out of the workout..

    How do you make everything look so easy??? I love your workouts because unlike alot of other WO videos they're actually doable for someone who's not already super in shape. You've really saved my fitness journey! Some of your videos are hard at first but I try my best and I keep getting better at them. Thank you💖

    I am totally feeling the burn. doing round 3 of tricep dips nearly killed me but I am still there and doing a full body dance workout.

    This is perfect for those who have weak arms. Hard enough to push through the burn without giving up....like I usually do.

    Hey danielle ! I love ur way of workout its real fun . I wish sometime u could upload a video focussing on exercises to decrease bust size though i know cardio is an essential aspect for it . Keep up the great work 👍

    I did work on my arms before but I feel like since I started doing (only) these exercises for my arms they look better and more proportional than ever! :)

    I love these... I do them twice a week and already noticed an improvement in my arm muscles BUT... I still need help with underarm far. Danielle, do you have any exercises specifically for that? xx
