- Try this intense workout that is sure to get you sweating and tired after you've finished! It's a lot more intense than the last few dance workouts and I created this one to really push you to your limits. i couldnt do this 1 2 years ago. was sweating a lot, run out of breath but now doing it joyfull and easily! proud of myself 💅🏽
Ok I know this is really weird . But it still helps ..so whenever I’m really sleepy and don’t wanna study ,then I pick one of these fun dance workouts and do then for a bit .and whoooshh..my sleep is gone
same! sometimed when i really don’t wanna do homework i do a dance workout then homework then keep switching

I watch 1000s of workout videos on youtube, but never n ever felt it this way and fortunately my search ended here :-) The moment I started watching ur videos I instantly fell in love with U n ur workouts lady..The way you dance inspires me alot..You really look fabulous. Back then when I was huge I was one who was just checking comments if this actually works so then I did this every day along with a proper diet after 2 months from 90-57 kg😊 so if you're here to read comments proving this works
Well, I guarantee you that this actually works just follow a proper diet and you'll see the result
Danielle i just want to thank you... I actually gained around 10kgs during MCO. Then i found your videos... I lost fat really fast in less than a month, by following especially your 3 videos : dance cardio workout (blue top), dance to burn fat (white top) and this video. Although I missed like a couple of days, I'm very happy with the results. I'm 157cm. 68kgs before, 60-61kgs now... Still quite chubby for my height but I'm getting there, wish me the best yeah. Those are my favorite videos and my daily routine. My belly and thighs are shrinking, feeling lighter and healthier, getting better at the moves too. I subbed! I also shared the videos to my friends to help them. You're awesome Danielle. Thank you from Malaysia.

@@keertikallianpur5958 just 1 per day. Rotate daily. 1 HIIT session is enough for me. But i also cut down on sugar intake since I have a sweet tooth. If i really crave for something sweet, I use stevia... Sorry for the late response. I misslooked the notification. Have you started working out with those videos?
@@mfluffington1320 well I did but I stopped because I had exams but I have started to get fat strech marks on my stomach so I'm getting worried i will start soon again

I love your videos, these workouts are actually fun, course you are jumping and dancing, not like others that are about doing a bunch of exercises, without moving your whole body, and your voice is really sweet
I don't usually like to follow along to others working out and have found it difficult. But you make it so easy. I'm already using three of your work out videos everyday and the more videos of you I find the more I add to my routine. Honestly, I'm thankful for all the work out videos you have done

I can’t believe i did it one go. Ofcourse i still have to polish some of these exercise moves but I feel so so so much happy. I'm gonna do a challenge and see how many days I will be able to do this:
Day 1 : DoNe
Day 2 : Recovery workout
Day 3 : Done
Day 4 : Done (Let's see if I will have the strenght to do it later today +_+ )
And no I was just dancing that night 9_9
Day 5 : Done (with only 1 rest ) PS : even though I still didn't learn to do some of them (they are confusing)
Day 6 : I didn't have the time for it lol
Day 7 : Done
Day 8 : Doneeee
Day 9 28.02.21 : Skipped and I oop
Day 10 1.03.21: skipped oops (fam stuff)
Day 11 02.03 : done
Day 12 03.03 : I got sick....😑
09.03. Haha let's just say that tomorrow I'm starting again and hopefully I'm not gonna get sick again lmao.(got a new pc so I'm exciteddd)

A pretty easy workout but I repeated it 4 or 5 times to get more out of it and it was really good! I must admit, it was a lot more enjoyable than Chloe Ting workouts are haha... It was a lot of fun and the music had me hyped up XD

Hi Danielle I have a request I really love your work out videos and I only do your work out videos coz in my opinion they are the best so can you please do a cardio workout or a dance work out that makes you loose like 10 pounds in one week like if you do it everyday for one week you would definitely loose weight in one week .
