I’ve been doing a combination of different five minute workouts these past two weeks and it’s been helping me cope with my depression as well. Even if it’s not as intense it still makes me feel a lot better about my day and productivity. Keep working hard and stying strong!

I like these because I hate carving out time for a 20+ minute workout with my schedule. So I do these throughout the day along with some walking and I feel so much better! Going to start adding a bit of weights to challenge myself. Love these short ones!

Sitting at my desk at work and needed some movement so clicked on this. Boy did this do the job! I thought this would be too hard for me because I'm extremely over weight but nope. Love Love Loved the workout got my lung pumping and feeling great!

La La if you are gonna do the workout 4 times a day I advise that you eat more calories, eating a lot of calories doesn’t mean anything, it’s about what’s in the food you eat and how good it is for you!! You can also go high on protein to reduce hunger, but make sure you drinking tons of water
Please don't eat so few calories! That's not healthy at all. It's certainly not sustainable. You could really hurt yourself. You should be eating more. Even if you want to lose weight.
La La i’m late but if you eat less you will only put on more weight because your body realizes that it cannot sustain itself with the current calorie intake and will slow your metabolism down, you might even gain more weight because of this
Glad I found this video. The key is tightening up your ab muscles while doing the routines otherwise you'll just feel your thighs burning. I do a hybrid of adding a resistance band to this workout to work on my arms/shoulder and upper core.

Please do video for a flat stomach for people who donot have a flexible spine. People who have undergone a scoliosis surgery(like me) and have rods and screw holding their spine, we can't bend our backs. If we did those things could break. Tq
This looks good and easier to follow than abs floor exercise but I think I would have a hard time with the last routine. I sprained my left ankle around 2 months ago. Even if I can walk better, my left ankle still had some residuals and I am still undergoing therapy for it.
This is one of my favourite workouts! I do quite an advanced programme, usually spending at least an hour in total every day. But this is my favourite add-on on my full-on days or alternative for days when I don't have time for a full workout. I love that it gets my heart rate up while also working the core. Makes me sweat and boosts my heart rate and gives me a burst of endorphins all in a really short amount of time! Most of the other videos that do that require too much leg focus (like with lunges and squats) which I don't want to do if my legs are already tired from a different day. This one is perfect because you can do it anytime! Love it!

A lot of olympic athletes have asthma- my GP worked in the athlete village for the 2012 olympics. I have asthma and work out regularly, just keep my blue inhaler on hand and make sure to take my antihistamines this time of year. Good on you!
I had a cold, and all day i was lying in bed watching TV, reading, or on my chromebook. Mum finally convinced me to do some exersize, so i did this workout, and after i felt SO GOOD. From then on i did this every day.

Yup! Studies actually suggest that just watching sports or exercise (or imagining one's exercising) may have almost as good of an effect. I watched focusing my eyes on the muscles they were moving and actually felt my own contracting. 😮 I suffer from adrenal fatigue so sometimes I can't work out, so I've decided to watch workout videos on such days and pretend I'm doing the routine. I also do isometrics when I'm too tired.

I am not fat in total, but I have a huge belly and I know I am having visceral fats around my belly region. So I just started doing it today. Will let you know if I have loosen some of my belly fat in a month. Today I just measured my waist/belly fat area. Up the naval area of my waist, it shows 31.5 inch and below the naval area it shows 36.5 inch. I am hoping to do this every morning before going to my office and will update my result on 1st of May, 2019.
I have been doing this daily for almost a week now and I really feel more confident to turn to other 10min hiits(or something)! Recommend this as it's beginner-friendly and I love that it's only 5min haha. Weight wise I think it's gone down a little bit but I honestly feel healthier and fitter now hehe rlly hope I keep this up everyday...

So I'm gonna try if this works. This is my first day. Day 1: I tried it twice since I'm used to 30 mins exercise. I sweat a lot. I have 32 waist line Day 2: twice again. My waist line id 31.4. lol i think it's working Day 3: phew. Never been breathless like this. 31.4 still. I eat so much today i think thats the reason why Day 4: I only do the stretching part (doesn't involve jumping) since it's too late. My waist line is now 31. Day 5: twice again exluding the jumping part. My waist line is now 30.4
Start weight: 157lbs Day 1: done. felt tired and stopped at half way mark. Day 2: done but skipped one exercise. Goal: do this for a month along with some arm workouts. Wish me luck!
chair Pilates/yoga...I have sciatica, I feel it most in my tailbone if I move too quickly, or do too much forward bending. Perhaps even doing exercises in the pool...slow and steady wins the race. I also think the row machine is an excellent cardio machine...since you can't spot reduce, ultimately the most bang for your buck i.e. combo/full body will likely be your best bet.
Hey guys, a tip that's gotten me to exercise everyday - I have an app called Routinery that just sets a timer and has you go through your morning routine. I usually do about 15-20 minutes of exercise but today I slept so poorly that I just did a 5 min exercise. But I still did it!

Try swimming or ask your doctor about workouts you can do. You could even look up "workouts for people with scoliosis" good luck!

Any updates its been 8 months
I'm recovering from COVID and This is the only workout I seem to be able to do. I'm still left incredibly breathless but I know I'll get better.

Did this while fasting and I feel proud. The jumping was kinda hard coz my throat was dry but I feel energetic so hopefully will do everyday.❤️
I am not fat in total, but I have a huge belly and I know I am having visceral fats around my belly region. So I just started doing it today. Will let you know if I have loosen some of my belly fat in a month. Today I just measured my waist/belly fat area. Up the naval area of my waist, it shows 31.5 inch and below the naval area it shows 36.5 inch.
I am hoping to do this every morning before going to my office and will update my result on 1st of May, 2019.

I have been doing this daily for almost a week now and I really feel more confident to turn to other 10min hiits(or something)! Recommend this as it's beginner-friendly and I love that it's only 5min haha. Weight wise I think it's gone down a little bit but I honestly feel healthier and fitter now hehe rlly hope I keep this up everyday...

So I'm gonna try if this works. This is my first day.
Day 1: I tried it twice since I'm used to 30 mins exercise. I sweat a lot. I have 32 waist line
Day 2: twice again. My waist line id 31.4. lol i think it's working
Day 3: phew. Never been breathless like this. 31.4 still. I eat so much today i think thats the reason why
Day 4: I only do the stretching part (doesn't involve jumping) since it's too late. My waist line is now 31.
Day 5: twice again exluding the jumping part. My waist line is now 30.4

Start weight: 157lbs
Day 1: done. felt tired and stopped at half way mark.
Day 2: done but skipped one exercise.
Goal: do this for a month along with some arm workouts.

chair Pilates/yoga...I have sciatica, I feel it most in my tailbone if I move too quickly, or do too much forward bending. Perhaps even doing exercises in the pool...slow and steady wins the race. I also think the row machine is an excellent cardio machine...since you can't spot reduce, ultimately the most bang for your buck i.e. combo/full body will likely be your best bet.

Hey guys, a tip that's gotten me to exercise everyday - I have an app called Routinery that just sets a timer and has you go through your morning routine. I usually do about 15-20 minutes of exercise but today I slept so poorly that I just did a 5 min exercise. But I still did it!
